This service department is probably fine if all you need is an oil change. If you need anything more than that just run the other way!! My car had an issue that should have been a recall but wasn’t. I had to have the entire short block replaced on a five-year-old Ford Escape. Ford Motor Company was wonderful and worked with me to cover the costs, I was over the milage for my warranty. Smithtown Ford did the work on my car. My car has been back there six times in the past 4 months since they replaced half of my engine. Dealing with the service department from Ford of Smithtown has been a nightmare, from the receptionist to the service agents, to the service manager. They repeatedly dodge phone calls, lie, and are just downright rude and unprofessional. From not wanting to help me because I didn’t buy my car there, which I did and gave them proof to lying on my receipt that I refused work on my car that was not offered. I could go on and on, but it would be a book. I called Ford Motor Company to help deal with them, they got the run around too. Dealing with Ford of Smithtown for the past few months has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had. I am buying a new car because I no longer have faith in their product, nor do I want to deal with them ever again.

If I could give a Zero Star review I would. Service department is awful. They don't return your car when they say it and you have to bring it back for the same problem. Don't even get me started with cleanliness. Your car comes back dirtier than when you drop it off. I would look to go to any other dealer but this one.

Recently purchased a CPO Lincoln MKC for my wife. The vehicle was delivered on time and at the agreed price. Daren, Anthony, and the the entire support staff were professional and courteous. I would recommend this dealer to friends and family. Thank you.
