William did a great job with the ordering process and keeping me apprised of any delays in production and delivery. He made the process go as smoothly as possible. He’s a true gearhead and could not have been more pleasant to work with

Very friendly staff and they provide Lift services instead of waiting there. But their prices are kinda insane (something I was expecting buying a Mini…). What was a concern to me - I had this very loud rattling noise in my car that I complained about and came in to have it checked after the oild change. I was told everything was ok. The noise continued. I came back 5 k miles later for an oil change and I was told my motor mount needed replacing. Thank goodness my car was still under the warranty. The mount was replaced and the noise was gone. My warranty is expiring in 2 months. Had I been doing 10 k oild chnage as recommended this problem($1400 worth) would be at my own expense. What I don’t understand- I came in complaining of this loud rattling noise and nobody saw the problem of this motor mount? That’s just odd. Anyway, I am glad it was fixed just in time.

Sara was amazing, along with the entire staff I encountered. Sara went above and beyond in the customer service department to make my ordering and delivery experience a 10! I had a loan ready from PenFed but Scott in finance was able to beat it while still adding a package I wanted. He made the process painless and enjoyable. I chose this dealer off reviews. There are an hour from my home but it was worth the drive. This is my first Mini/BMW purchase and I’m hooked.
