Super pleasant experience.
Super pleasant experience. From the time we walked in to the delivery. Even the finance guy was a pleasure to deal with. What dealership is that even possible ? Our rep was the highlight ; Sarah!!!!

We had a great experience at Ferman MINI!
We had a great experience at Ferman MINI! Dallas Crider was our sales specialist and he was excellent. He kept us posted on the expected arrival of our car and made sure the process was streamlined. We love our new 2023 MINI Countryman!

Bad service and lied about the repairs to my car
This review is based on service from Ferman Mini or Mini of Tampa bay, if I was going to talk about sales I would definitely give them a 5 star since Manolo Santos and his sales team have already helped me with buying 7 cars from them in the past. Service not so good, I recently sent my car to get service because it went into limp mode which is something that can happen to Mini’s or BMW’s. My service advisor was Matthew Maynard, first he told me that my car had an electrical problem and that it would not be covered under warranty because the car supposedly had an after market tune, the car only had an obd2 scanner used to read the car performance and parameters(there is no available tunes for Mini 2021 GP). Secondly he said that the EGS control module was defective because it was not communicating with their system or computer, in reality it was not communicating because of an LCD panel that was added to the car that same week, that LCD panel obstructs the OBD port from connecting properly. The problem was that the mechanic assigned to my car did not know about the obd connecting problem even though they have installed the same LCD panel on other vehicles . So I agreed to pay $1,900 to get my EGS module replaced since every time I spoke with Matthew he was very defensive. But the real problem I had was that Matthew Maynard called me with good news in his own words, he said the car if fixed and ok BUT that it had the check engine light on, he himself tells me to take it to a tuner to get it removed. He mentioned a couple time that who ever tuned my car did it wrong, when in reality there was no tune. So I get called an hour later to ask why I had not paid online still, the dealer is 2 hours away from my house and I was going to pick it up over the weekend. So I paid online and went to pick my car up the next day, I turned it on and boom, my car has the check engine light on but not only that, the car is still showing that the stability control warning. When a Mini has the stability control warning it will not perform as specs(150hp out of 301hp). I called them right away because I knew that they lied to me saying that the car was fixed just to get me to pay in advance. Anyways I took my car home and scanned it with my OBD2 scanner, the same three codes that I sent the car to service with where still on. All three codes are related to intake or boost sensors, wiring and the worst option being the EMD module. These three codes will make the car go into limp mode, Ferman Mini Service decided to change a good EGS module instead of going by the active codes on the scan. I ended up trying to get a response with my concerns on an email that I sent to Matthew’s manager Paul Scaglione, still waiting on a reply. I would consider my self as a good and loyal customer after buying 7 cars from them, sales and service are two totally different aspects of Ferman Mini/BMW.
Mini service is always accommodating, friendly, and
Mini service is always accommodating, friendly, and professional. The team members greet you with a smile and ask how they can help. We’ll continue to bring our Clubman in for service.
