He also has provided contact for follow up on the vehicle. He is available even after the purchase which is rare in today’s auto market. Magnolia was very professional and continued follow up during the purchase process. The follow up from Dallas during the many inquiry calls was the reason for choosing Ferman over other dealerships.

Another "Home-Run" for the home team!
Another "Home-Run" for the home team! Matthew really leaned forward on this one and made sure my "skateboard" was taken care of. I had to have a windshield replaced which necessitated a potential re-calibration of the electronic camera's on the back-side of the rear-view mirror. Additionally, while I was there Matthew made sure that all the other systems were functioning properly.
