Horrible
Bought a used car in February with 34,000 It's been in the service dept April and May for various serious problems. This car couldn't have been certified as Honda claims. I bought a lemon! I want my money back and honda can have the piece of junk they sold as a car.

Horrible experience at this dealership! Went there looking to purchase a vehicle that I seen listed on their website and the sales person was very rude. He did not even stay outside when we looked at the vehicle. Then after we looked at the car we went inside to tell him we would like to test drive the car. After asking some questions he said to us why would we purchase that vehicle and not the other vehicle from the other dealership. I actually could not believe it. So I said that ok, if you do not want our business my money will spend elsewhere. And we left. He was very rude the entire time. After I left I called the dealership to speak to a manager and they said one would call me back. Patti then called me and apologized for the way her salesperson treated me and said that should have never been said. She was going to check into getting the answers that I needed and then call me back. Well guess what, no return call from the manager either. Guess that is how they treat people and they really did not want the sale. Would not even give them a one star rating.

I just bought a Honda CRV from Faulkner. I just want to say that Khagen Ghimirey was extremely helpful. He spent a lot of time with me explaining the features. He was patient and understanding which is exactly what I needed. I really appreciated all his help.

Faulkner honda what an awesome job. My credit isn't the best and I wasn't confident that a deal could even be done haven't been turned down by other dealerships. But I read through the website felt confident from what I read on the finance page and filled out the credit application. Not long after I get a call from Mike Grant from the finance department. Here's the thing he never asked me about my credit or said it was to low. Instead he asked what did I want to pay monthly, down payment, and how much I owed on my trade. Once I provided that information he said ok I'll call you back let me put some numbers together for you. During the whole process Mike keep me informed and updated he was determined to fullfil my dreams of owning the vehicle. Long story short Mike worked some incredible magic and got the deal done with and interests rate that is 10% lower then the vehicle I was trading in. He contacted me and said the deal is done come get your vehicle. I arrived and curt was awaiting with my new keys and kindly took my old ones. Mike Also, provided me with an phenomenal and affordable extended warranty and he really explained everything. All I can say is faulkner honda keep up the awesome work the whole process was simple and informative .
still preying on females during COVID-19
BEWARE newcomers, single females, minorities, and emergency responders in uniform the Honda Service department is still preying on your money during this pandemic and no one is exempt! SAVE YOUR MONEY and go to the other local dealerships I have worked with them and received better service! I am a recently divorced female with no close family or friends that could have helped me make decisions on my vehicle. I recently moved to the area to take a job in Emergency Services during COVID-19 because I lost my job. I showed up for service when my maintenance, A1, came on at 38k miles on my 2018 Honda CR-V. I had to go during work hours and showed up in my military uniform. I am a recently divorced petite young female and was expecting professionalism from their service department and took their recommendations. I agreed to a routine oil change, TRANSMISSION FLUID CHANGE?, and rear differential fluid change. I waited there uncomfortably for two hours in my military uniform thinking that I had made the right decision for my vehicle. After I left with a $300 dollar bill and 2 hours late to work. I walked into a conference room and my coworkers felt so bad for me that I was ripped off from Honda. I called Scott, my service representative, and he said why would you believe them I have worked here for 11 years? I wanted to speak to his manager. He told me his manager would call me and after four days I heard nothing. The Service department does not take single females and emergency responders seriously even during COVID-19! I should have been treated with respect and saved my money! Instead I overpaid for a routine service.

I have purchased my cars here for many years. Partly because I like the car, and partly for the available service. After taking my car there 2 times in the last 2 weeks for an oil change, someone finally told me they don't have Express service anymore. It would have been nice if I had been informed of this change. I get emails regarding buying new cars, but nothing about this. Quite frankly I have loved the service in the past, but now this dealership is just like every other one. There is no need for me to consider the convenience and quality of their service in the future when I buy my next car.
