Exotic Motors

Purchased a vehicle for this dealership with a "we owe" agreement of new tires and rotors all around and they lied to me, never gave me the items and currently hired a lawyer to deal with them. Adrian U.

This dealership has breached a contract, they didn't provide the agreed upon items: front and rear rotors and front and rear tires. Attempted multiple times to resolve, however a lawyer has been contacted. Stay away from this dealership, you don't want the headache.

Very shady place!!!! Called and talked to Chris about a 370z asked questions and asked for pictures and videos because I live in NC. Made a offer was told they were making deals at end of month to clear room and he would get me videos and ask about offer and get back to me within the hour. 3 days later still no reply tried to text but no reply!!! Very unprofessional

I bought a used car from a Exotic Motors INC a 2011 BMW Z4 roadster. Three weeks after I bought it my engine blew up. I took it to the nearest BMW dealer and they said because of LACK OF MAINTENANCE they won't honor the warranty. I had all the maintenance records and they said it doesn't matter. I called BMW and they said there is nothing they can do that I shouldn't have bought a used car. The problem is they do not have the know how to fix problems on their vehicles. Call it incompetence or plain not giving a rip about their customers or product. After being ripped off for over $6,000 just in rebuilding the engine the Exotic Motors put me on the block list, rude customer service. BEWARE full of scam business!!!

The worst experience of my life. I do not recommend buying any cars from Exotic Motors.

A few weeks ago, I walked in close to closing hours with my wife and daughter to test drive a car. I thought we might be asked to come back the next day but instead I was surprised we were welcomed and not rushed at all. We were able to test drive the vehicle we were looking at and they even offered to let us test drive another vehicle. Rudy was very helpful and really worked with us to make sure we walked out satisfied. I have to say, buying my daughter her first car at Exotic Motors was a nice experience thanks to Rudy and his team. I would recommend this place and would definitely go back.

Excellent service the day I walked in. Helped me find my New car with ease and the selection is very broad. A year later and they still providing excellent service to my needs thanks for Rudy for the help!

The sales man Tim Chung was up front with the condition of the vehicle and stayed in contact at all times. He had no problem answering my questions.

Unresponsive, bring up their so called free shipping and get ignored quick. I'm from California, asked for a video walk around . Nothing , asked about more pictures . Nothing . Called , ohhh the car is on hold ? Really to someone ready to purchase now ? Asked to hold a car , just to see if there was truth to it , guess what . They don't hold cars ... lmfao ... etc etc etc . Sketchy at best .
