Don’t waste your time
I called to schedule an appointment to check out a car that was posted online because dealership is over 20 miles from my house. I received a text asking to confirm it to which I reply. Once I got there, I was told that car was with a client and I was shown another car that I was not interested in. After waiting on a car for a while, manager stated that owners’ wife took a car for her trip to Austin...I hope she enjoyed the trip very much because they lost a deal. Don’t waste your time.
Just heads up to people, most of the cars sold by this dealer have structural damage. I keep finding Lexus vehicles for sale ABOVE market price and even L CERTIFIED prices, and then look at the car fax to find structural damage reported. At least give people a deal if you want to put them in a xxx. Don’t nickel and dime people for a vehicle that you buy wrecked from an auction. Also, they tried to offer me $16.5k for my top of the line 5 series BMW with low miles. Quickly upped the offer to match one I had from AutoNation at 18k. They will rip you off. Make sure you do your homework on your cars value and one you may be interested in from them.
NO GOOD IN MY OPINION
AVOID B. Limon AND EITHER ASK FOR A DIFFERENT SALESMAN OR GO TO A DIFFERENT LOT ALL TOGETHER. THEY WERE FAST TO RUN MY CREDIT, AND I WAS APPROVED, BUT I COULD NOT BE TOLD WHAT THE INTEREST WAS. I HAD ALREADY DONE A CARFAX ON THE CAR THAT I WAS LOOKING UP. SO I DIDNT HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CAR. EVERYTIME I ASKED A QUESTION ABOUT INTEREST RATE, I WAS IGNORED. SO I AM OUT 40.00 BUCKS ON A CARFAX AND A DING ON MY CREDIT. THANKS FOR NOTHING
Abby was great of help was glad I was able to work with him I went to pick up my new used vehicle that was not finished being worked on saw it in rough shape got it returned in a excellent way
DO NOT USE THEM
I contacted this dealer by phone to purchase a vehicle I was interested in (a specific car that they had). I was told they would get back to me in within the hour, it has now been a week and I never heard bck form them and the car is still listed for sale. They also NEVER told me aboutteh hidden $ 2 Thousand dollar fee that they include that is not in the listed price of car.
They made it impossible
I showed interest in one the cars available. When I contacted them they were prompt to respond. I found out about a hidden 2k fee that wasn't negotiable. I was willing to overlook that because its kind of ny dream car. I even went as far as emailing them all of the pictures and info they requested and get preapproved for well over the amoint of the car. After 4 days of trying to work everything out, I was completely ghosted. The car is still available and I would totally still buy it right this second. just not from this dealer
They hit me with the same $1k-$2k prep fee as was described by others. They tried to slip it in at the last minute, and said it was mandatory.
Great overall experience — would recommend!
I bought a used Jaguar from them. Car was clean and beautiful. Extended warranty coverage was reasonably priced. I do believe that when you pay xx,000 dollars for a car, though, it should have a full tank of gas when you pick it up.
Reconditioning fee/ Prep fee
They tried to slip a $2000. Reconditioning fee in on to of the advertising price. Claiming all dealerships do this. On a Toyota Avalon. Cracked windshield.
