Price Is a Scam!! Thousands in extra fees added!!
BEWARE: The price of the car on cars.com is NOT accurate! They add a "Customer Care Package" to the price which you only see on their website or if you talk with them. And BTW, it's not an optional package. It's mandatory because it's how they recoup costs to fix up the vehicle. It's how they get by with a sea price that looks so low. So I flew in from out of town, test drove, and then they told me it was going to cost me an additional $2500 than I exp because of the "Customer Care Package." I'm telling you, it's typical used car salesman tactics at it's finest. I will NEVER go back to this place! Employees are nice, but I won't give their owners or their marketing dept a dime for this shady tactic!! Thankfully I found a vehicle I liked better for a better price from a different dealer later that day. Too bad for this company, but it worked out best for me. Otherwise, it would've been a wasted trip including plane ticket and hotel.

Use caution when dealing with this company
Be VERY cautious when dealing with this company. I thought I was dealing with a reputable group after reading their google reviews but my experience has been the furthest from excellent. Look at my profile and reviews and you will find I am the opposite of an unpleasable consumer and don't believe I have ever left a 1 star review until today. I purchased a van from them remotely but I looked at the photos and did not see any damage, I asked several times about its condition and was assured by the sales person Austin the $2k Car Care Package Covers the costs of ensuring the vehicles they sell are in excellent condition. I asked if there was any damage or nonworking items on the vehicle and was assured it was in top condition. Fast forward to the purchase. I used another company to finance the purchase and it took a little bit but all went through without issues. I flew one of my employees up to pick up the van and upon arrival, there is a dent in the rear of the vehicle and after getting on the road, he found the A/C doesn't work and the control panel is malfunctioning. I called to report this to the dealership and to work out some resolution to these issues but was immediately told by the sales person Austin and the manager Cameron, "Their hands are tied because I used another company to purchase and finance the van." At no point was I notified this would change the backing of the dealership. I own several companies and understand "stuff happens" which is why I always provide the opportunity to make it right and move forward. Excellence Auto Group has shown it is not a group of excellence but one of shady business practices. Be VERY cautious when dealing with this company.

The salesman Roy was excellent upfront and Honest. Please get your own financing. I had my own and they claimed to beat the rate. After asking to try only once they couldn't. The Finance manager ran my wife's credit two additional times without notifying her, resulting in extra inquires. When asked why he became rude and loud over the phone.
I purchased a 2016 Mercedes-Benz C300 4maticat the Euless location. Dora Sustaita was my Sales Rep., she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the process. She was straight forward and did an outstanding job with my purchase. Limon assisted me in finance--An awesome experience. If considering a purchase I would highly recommend contacting Dora!
Bait and Switch
Posted a price on cars.com and added an additional $1,900 on the price after making contact with the dealer as a reconditioning fee. This was on top of the TTL, very shady. Would not recommend this dealer to anyone.
I was looking for a used work vehicle and found one online. Salesman wanted me to come in and look at it, but when I got there the vehicle I wanted to look at wasn't even available to look at for another three days. He was trying to push me onto another vehicle I wasn't interested in. They never let me look at the vehicle I wanted till the day I picked it up, and then they just handed me the keys and sent me on my way. Once I got home, I noticed there was no spare tire or antenna. The owner and sales person said they would deliver the items to my house after going back and forth with many texts. They never delivered the items. They also tacted on the additional $2k another reviewer mentioned. They also promised to add a front portion in the vehicle, again with a lot of haggling. Then the owner came back with, we can do it for another 1k. A collision guy said the whole left panel of the vehicle had had some damage and there was a lot of bondo on it. The roof in the back also had visible damage and bondo on it. This is damage I noticed once I got up on top of the vehicle to install a roof top fan, not from the dealership. I'm sure this is why they were adamant about me not seeing the vehicle till I picked it up. REALLY!?! Really bad experience from start to finish! Integrity and honesty is not in their vocabulary. I will never use this dealership again.
Don't waste your time
I was shopping for a used Ford F-150. Specific color and year. Found it at this dealership. Price was posted on their website for 20,000$ Told the salesman I wanted it. Without driving it,or even looking at the truck. I told them to send me a Buyers bill with the TOTAL AMOUNT DUE. Next thing I know it went up 2000$ for reconditioning fee. I call and asked what that was and he said it was for checking the engine back out for me, cleaning the inside,and waxing the truck and shining rims. 2000$ Come on man. I could understand 500$ So before you waste your time driving to the Car lot get the full price before you waste your time. And they're are multiple other people on here with the same story.

It couldn't have been easier or smoother...my wife and I, drove the vehicle, signed the paperwork, and took delivery in under an hour. I highly recommend their dealership and inventory of preowned cars and trucks...PS: Ask for Noel B, I know he will take care of you !
