My whole experience here was laughable! They low balled my trade in offering me 3K below the KBB numbers and gaslit me during negotiation. I should have left as soon as we sat down to do numbers because the sales person was absolutely disingenuous and wasted my time. Do not go here! All they do is talk BS and are completely unreasonable.

Wouldn’t recommend buying from here. They tried to force me to pay for tinting on the window for $877!! I just wanted the car. Trust the bad reviews on here. They are that bad. Walked right out after driving 45 minutes. Terrible service and Terrible Experience!!

Worst decision made I am a first time buyer and didn't think tis through first of all please do not buy from this place !!!!!!!!!!!! I should of read more reviews about it but no it didn't come to mind. Bought a Hydaui accent about a month ago, the first day I took it home the check engine light as turned on and I was super mad !!!!!!!! Of course I immediately contacted them and they told me to bring it in again so they can fix it and I live a hour away so I was more mad. They did fix it but I feel like the cars there are savage or soemthing my car I have had now for a month I see the paint is coming off. I am so fusterated since I well be paying this car off for a couple of years !!!!!!!!!!! Do not go there please save yourselfs I learned my lesson and well follow up with it for years never buying there again.

If we could give this company NEGATIVE stars, we would. When you think of a sleazy car dealership, this place fits the bill. AVOID and take your money elsewhere. No, really, don't even bother coming here. You will regret it. We clearly didn't read enough of the terrible reviews and made a MASSIVE mistake buying from this dealership. We bought a 2018 Kia Niro (yesterday) and within 2 hours the 'check engine' light and the tire pressure light both came on. We believe they reset the 'check engine' light, as the car is still under warranty with Kia, avoiding the costs of fixing the car themselves. Not only are they S K E E Z Y they are highly DISHONEST. We contacted them and they refused to accept any accountability, brushing off our concerns or requests to fix the car, completely. I could not be more frustrated and upset with our car purchase from this xxxxhole of the dealership. Shame on them. AVOID Equity Auto Center AT ALL COST!!

Dealerships like this should not be in business!!! If you shop for a car in a bad area you most likely are going to get bad business bad customer service and bad cars...Car sales are already sleazy and rip offs and to have to go through this sucks...I really feel for the people who came here and bought cars

Do Not Deal with this company** Horrible customer service and they lie to get your money*** My husband and I went here to find a car and had the worst experience ever! We were told that we could get a car with $3,000 down but it would be a "starter" car through this program. Then turned around and said we needed a cosigner in order to get anything. My husband asked to speak with the manager Chris but the sales guy said he was "too busy". My husband asked for the manager Chris last name but the sales agent refused to give it out. As we sat there talking to the agent in the middle of the sales floor, Chris "the manager" walks out accusing us of starting trouble because my husband asked for his last name. He then gets irate and tells us he doesn't want our business and proceeds to kick us out and tells his staff to call the police. SMH! I am sincerely surprised that this place is still open and hasn't been sued yet! SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME, FRUSTRATION AND A CREDIT PULL BECAUSE auto Equity is the WORST! I wish I could have gave 0 stars!

Cars online are not actually in the lot. Its just to get you to go in there and oh geez just by luck the car you wanted was sold... Everyone there looked mad and upset. Not sure if its worse to try and buy a car there or work there. With so many dealerships, especially these cheap run down ones, just move on to another.

It is the same company as 2020. Then they also had a lot on bell road, just west of 32nd street. They were so push and rude. Equity is the same dealer/ owner/ manager... not a great group to work with. The last time I dealt with them, the finance guy said if I was a man, I would sign in the line... what does that have to do with anything?

So bought my first car here 2017 hydaui loved it but the day I took it home the check engine light suddenly turned on I was mad furious like how is this happening so I call them to let them know had to take the car all the way to Phoenix I live a hour away , and they took care of the issue but , barely having a month with my car is see the paint is waring off ? Like is that even normal are these cars , savage ? Worst decision ever , got a high interest rate and I have a credit score 730 . But lesson learned never ever buying from this place again please please do not buy from here it’s a scam and I stupidly feel for it I should of went someone else !!!
