Working with Ivan and everyone else at Empire Motors was a breeze. They were super helpful and they were extremely patient with me even though I didn't have everything that I needed when I was trying to purchase a 2013 Fiat 500 Pop. They also resolved some vehicle issues I noticed before I even bought it. I've been out and about driving the car for 2 plus weeks now with only one issue I didn't notice during my initial test drive. If I had noticed during my test drive, I'm sure they would have resolved it before purchase. 5 stars, great service.

Ivan couldn’t have been less interested in pursuing the sale. He was rude and distracted the entire time. He seems to have no stake in the business. When I asked him about vehicle maintenance, he defiantly said, “Nope. None.” Okay, then. I then asked him if he could send pictures of the many dents he claimed the car had. Seeming bored and annoyed, he responded, “They are on the website.” News flash, Ivan. I can see that. It’s clear that I meant I wanted close-ups to determine the extent. And, these days, it’s not hard to snap pics. See, I’m not a salesperson, but I am working with a brain stem: if cars are flying off the shelf, I would understand being lazy about the sale. The car I was looking at has been sitting for a long time, so, I’d prob be a bit less lazy

Purchased a truck. Sales experience was horrible. Staff was rude and short. Truck needed $1300 in repairs within weeks. Truck also had after market locking wheel lugs, which the dealership did not know about! This means that they never took the wheels off to do an inspection, which they claimed they had. Dirty dealership and cars, unintelligent and rude staff, cars that fall apart as soon as you drive away.

Very easy folks to work with. Polite and answered all my questions. The car I bought had a noisy muffler. They volunteered to fix it, and they did! They also offered an oil change and checked my tires. The car had some cosmetic issues I didn't consider an issue because the car itself is a good solid car. Just what I was looking for. Next time I need another used car I'm coming right back to Empire.
