We bought my wife's dream car in full from elite motors and it's been a disaster. I thought I had thoroughly checked out the car but once I left the dealership the radio stopped working right. Since then, nobody will even return my calls. Once they get your money they could care less about the customer. Stay away! Negative 1 star

I was looking online for a good economical reliable used car on a tight budget, and had a long list of requirements. I called about a car I'd seen online and was lucky to get Steve B as my salesman. He listened carefully, taught me a lot, and I wound up driving 4 cars on my first visit. Steve stayed in close contact with me, and was knowledgeable, patient and considerate. I thought I knew precisely what I wanted, but the next visit I drove 3 different cars, and Steve knew best. He put me in a car that met all of my requirements but was a different car than I thought I wanted. The first time I drove it, I didn't think it was the right car, but when I drove it a second time, it was precisely the right car for me! Steve went above and beyond to accommodate me, and he made the process pleasant and easy, always being available for questions and concerns. He is awesome, and I am so grateful to have had his help!

Purchased 2 vehicles from them. Both had issues less than 6 months in. Second vehicle they did not honor their warranty. Horrible customer service. Horrible attitudes

Elite Auto Sales Corrupt Dealership

Elite Auto Sales is easily the worst and most corrupt dealership in Wichita. These people should feel ashamed of themselves for selling such horrible vehicles. I went in with my father looking for my first truck with little to no knowledge about trucks. We ended up purchasing a gray Ford f-250 with a v8 motor in it for 12k. The truck had a new paint job and was very clean from the exterior. Upon further investigation the next morning, I found there to be enough rust and other safety hazards that made the truck so unsafe that I was not allowed to drive it. The truck had rust holes large enough to fit your head through. The “custom exhaust system” I was told the truck had was really just a cut off muffler. Which I may remind you is illegal to not have! The sleepers that the truck bed sits on were so rusted out that one ended up being replaced by a wooden board sometime before i purchased the truck. The fenders had previously been rusted out, so they replaced them but forgot to mount them to anything. The fenders were held on by four rivers and nothing else because the truck was too rusty to weld with! The rockers along the entire vehicle were so rusted that when you got above 60 miles an hour you could hear wind getting in the vehicle. The frame of the vehicle was rusted beyond repair so they decided to spray it with a rattle can to hide it instead of doing some work and fixing it. As you can see, this is a corrupt dealership full of men trying to make a quick buck and scam you in the process. Elite Auto Sales doesn’t care about their customers, they care about their income and nothing more. DO NOT SHOP AT ELITE AUTO SALES!!! I would not recommend them to my worst enemy! They are a bunch of unknowledgeable salesman and managers who are all just a bunch of con artists trying to take your money!

In this instance there were some issues with the first F250 truck your father purchased and as soon as this came to our attention we did refund your him 100% in full. Due to this unusual oversight we offered to help with any other vehicles at a reduced price on our lot. Your Father purchased 2 vehicles that day from us. This all transpired over 2 years ago and since have not heard any words of dissatisfaction. You did come in a couple days ago on your own and offered to sell us a pickup (one of the vehicles your dad purchased)I explained that due to the amount of mechanical recon and physical damage we would not be able to meet your expected number. I bought a Mercedes from Elite motors a little over a year ago. One week after buying it, the check engine light came on. I called them about it and they referred me to Alexander Motors. I sent it to alexanders motors and they repaired the problem and charged me half(500) and said Elite Motors would pay the other half. One week later the check engine light came back on. At this point I'm thinking that I better not send it back to Alexanders so I sent it to a different shop and they fixed something wrong with the manifold and also changed the oil because it needed it(2 weeks after purchase.) Everything was fine for a couple months and then the real disaster started. I went to start the vehicle and it would not turn over. I had it towed to the second shop that I sent it to and they said it was a bad battery and some fuses. Also said that I needed the antifreeze flushed out because it was the wrong kind for that model. I went ahead and got the work done and drove the vehicle home. 1 week later, went to start the car and the same thing, lights come on, won't turn over. Have it towed out of my driveway again! This time I send it to Alexanders because supposedly they work best with the warranty. They said that it was the transmission module and it was covered by the warranty but still paid $700. 2 weeks after that I was dumb enough to drive the vehicle to Kansas City. Stayed for the weekend, got in the car to head home, car wont start! I rent a car and drive back to Wichita and have the car towed to a shop out in Missouri. They repair something in the ignition switch, charge me and I drive the vehicle back to Wichita. 2 weeks later, drive my kids to school and all the dashboard lights come on and the brake starts slamming like its trying to go into park. I finally get the vehicle in the driveway and it won't go into park. Turn the vehicle off and try to start it back up and the same thing! Won't start. I call Elite Motors and tell them everything that has gone on in the last year and they offer to sell me another car! I have spent 1,000's and 1,000's on a vehicle that I have had for 1 year and it is sitting in my driveway dead. Most of this is my stupidity but just wanted people to know my experience with Elite Motors and their buddy Alexander Motors.
