F-150 AC compressor replacement
I waited two weeks for appointment, truck sat on lot for two more days before they looked at it and decided they needed to order parts, by then it was nearing the holiday weekend and the part was delayed. Nearly two weeks to replace an AC compressor is un acceptable!! Also told them vehicle has vibration at highway speeds, they couldn't detect vibration but charged me for it anyway . I still have that vibration.

The Elder Ford Dealership was amazing.
The Elder Ford Dealership was amazing. The Salesman Dave Curtiss was extremely nice and very knowledgeable and kept us up to date on our Ford Escape. The gentleman in the finance department was super nice and made that process very smooth and comfortable! We were extremely pleased with the all around lease!!!

I took my Escape in for an oil change and was quoted a
I took my Escape in for an oil change and was quoted a time of 2.5 hours. Ok, I didn't like that but that is fine. After waiting 2.5 hours I went to the desk to ask about my car. They told me it would be another 1.5 hours. What? Nobody told me during the 2.5 hours that my oil change was actually going to take 4 hours. I had one rare day off to get my car checked and the service team at the desk didn't care one bit. I reiterated that I was told 2.5 hours and the guy said "I told you it would be at least 2.5 hours", as if 2.5 hours and 4 hours were remotely close. I'm absolutely furious and the guy starts giving me excuses about a guy calling in, like any customer wants to hear anything about that after wasting a precious day off. Another guy came over and told me to have a great day. This guy was basically telling me to leave. I said I will never be back or purchase another car from Elder Ford again and he shrugged and said have a great day. I am disgusted by the entire experience. I'm highly discouraging my entire network to avoid Elder Ford at all costs. Have a great day.

Buying my lease vehicle
I leased my vehicle 3 years ago from Suburban Ford. When my lease was up, I went to Elder Ford of Romeo to purchase my lease due to Derek Britton, the salesman who assisted me with my original lease.

Overall the vehicle buying experience was exceptional. The family members of the Vultaggio family were exceptional with dealing with my purchase and made me feel important and taking care of me every step of the way. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

Shady financing
I was taken by the dealership in a very shady way. Was never honest from the start. Reporting to BBB. News station as well. Unbelievable

Not happy
Waited three hours even though i had an appointment. Financing got me almost a 6% interest rate. When i questioned the rate they said that?s just the going rate for used cars today. I made one phone call to a different bank and got a 2.5 interest rate. Now i get to refinance a truck before i make the first payment.

In my humble opinion, Elder Ford of Romeo engaged in unethical and predatory practices. After negotiating everything, at closing I was informed of a $5000 charge for "paint protection" and a $250 charge for Nitrogen filled tires. None of which was requested. After bickering with the finance department, they agreed to reduce this to $2500. Left with no car and no negotiating leverage, I paid the piper. As an aside, I received nothing to confirm any "paint protection" was even applied to the car. If I could give zero stars I would. I would not be surprised if they start adding life insurance as a dealer item. Really made buying a $70,000 car an experience that left me feeling taken advantage of. What a horrible experience.
