As always we had a good experience with Chevy. I had an oil change done and tire rotation. They always give me a ride to work and pick me up when my vehicle is ready. The driver is very nice and the customer service was great as well.

I set an appointment to have warranty work done at the same time I needed an oil change. When I brought it in, the warranty repair on my door seal weather strip was ?fixed? by using double sided tape to repair a factory defect tear. Rather than replacing the whole strip. After having my truck for 4 hours they couldn?t even look at the issue of my heated/cool seats. The service advisor told me to bring it back and they would give me a loaner next week but he needed to verify one was available and needed to call me to confirm appointment. I never got a call. I took my truck to another dealership to fix the warranty repair. They ordered the weather strip, and had the seat resolved in 5 minutes. This was the second time I dealt with this situation. The first was a recall on the truck. Again I scheduled the repair at the same time of an oil change. After being charged $80 for the oil change they told me that they needed to order the recall part and I needed to bring it back in. Why did I set the appointment? You should know what part you need for the recall. I will never take a car there again.

Awful employees. Horrible service. I would not recommend that anyone goes to this dealership. You will regret it immediately upon your arrival. They messed so many things on my car and never fixed them. Omar and Jessica in service are extremely rude and unprofessional.
