Jay greeted us at the door and it was a great experience throughout. We had a specific car we were looking for and Jay was able to get us in for a test drive and started on the paperwork. Bought the used car without seeing it in person. I trusted my salesman John G. and the dealership and I wasn’t disappointed. I drove the car over a 1,000 miles home at 80mph and it ran perfectly.

Jay was amazing and he went out of his way to make sure we knew when our new rav 4 was going to arrive. Very knowledgeable and professional. The process was easy and smooth the only thing I have an issue with is being charged a 10k fee to be financed. I have bought many new cars from dealerships and Chevy never charged me an absurd fee on top of the interest to buy a vehicle with them. My wife’s credit score is about 786 and out interest rate was still 5.3 percent which seemed high for such a good credit score. Blame it on the Fed and inflation. So other than ED Martin Toyota collecting interest on the financing and an extra 10k on top of that I feel like we could have gotten a better deal. I would have financed through my bank if I knew the dealership would charge something like that.

I was impressed at start with the website. Chatting was easy and very helpful with Stephanie. The second day I stopped by unannounced with additional questions, and Chris Martin was extremely helpful. He’s a Good listener and that resulted with him thinking of the Avalon traded in recently for me. Perfect. I knew immediately I wanted to buy it. Chris was courteous, thorough, and fun to work with, too. I trusted him. As a single woman, that was important. I purchased my current car, a 2000 Camry 19 years ago. This purchase was a big event for me! stressful Chris made the transaction so easy, and I am very grateful for his friendly , caring professionalism. When I drove in to pick up my car, Chris was there waiting for me with my Avalon parked conveniently outside the showroom , clean and shiny, ready to drive it home. It looked so good! I so appreciate my experience at Ed Martin Toyota and highly recommend and rate it as an exceptional Toyota dealership.
