Excellent, smooth and easy. All except for only giving us only a half tank of gas when it specifically states on your ?Fuel Economy and Environment Chart? we will get a full tank of gas at no charge!!! Shame on you!

I have never been treated so poorly! The salesman Victor, and yes salesman because he was pushy and deceaving, couldn't have been more disrespectful, eye rolling, foul mouthed and rude! I will never subject myself to that atmosphere for as long as they are in business, not will I ever recommend them to anyone.

Bought a car sight unseen that they trucked in from another location & the car was in amazing shape. Exactly as shown in the pictures. The price was thousands less than other dealers for the same car. Also they gave me a more than fair price on my trade. Couldn't be happier with my dealings with Echo Park.
