Process was quick and easy. Was hard to commit to the purchase before driving but because of the 7 day return policy we decided to go for it. From the original salesman on the phone (Brian) to the Knoxville representative (Eddie) everything was very quick and easy with no pressure sales tactics. The 190 point inspection helped us to buy it. The only thing I saw I would change is 4 new tire would have been nice . They did replace 1, but I will have to replace the other 3 very soon. Maybe even include a front end alignment.

I recently purchased a car online for the first time. I was completely satisfied with the information on my application and everything changed once it was time to purchase the car. The payment, trade in value of my car and the fees/deal all where different when the paperwork came out. Plus they kept my $500 refundable deposit as cash. I said multiple times that the numbers were different and my car was worth more but no changes or solutions were given. I wanted and needed the car but should have left it!

I apologize for your one star experience. Our records do not show any change in rate, term or disclosure of fees or trade allowance difference from application to time of delivery. We do not change any deal parameters in anyway from the inception of the transaction! You did purchase a vehicle service contract and GAP which resulted in a higher payment. You were asked if the $500 deposit was to be applied or refunded. It was applied to get your payment as close to your initial budget as possible before the addition of the 2 lifestyle products. We try very hard to make sure each guest is taken care of and is satisfied with their experience. Matthew McCoy asked you personally about your experience and nothing negative was mentioned. I am not sure why you chose to leave a negative review like this. Please, enjoy your vehicle.
