Not the best experience
Felt I was lied to and rushed during buying process. Unfortunately I needed a car and was my first time buying one myself. When I went in week later to have tires balanced they did it under the wrong name and vehicle. Also received car when purchased with expired paper plates. Had to go back to get current ones. Overall was not thrilled with entire process. Numerous friends had been to EchoPark and had great experiences. I however did not and won?t be recommending.

Best Buying Experience
This is my 2nd purchase with Echo Park and everything went very smooth. Found the vehicle online. It was in Houston. I was very confident that this was the car I wanted to purchase. Paid the transport fee to get it to Dallas. It took 4 days to get get here which was within the promised time frame. Had a little issue with the website, but my sales person Paul walked me through over the phone. Paul was so kind and easy to work with. Always very responsive via text even on his day off. Once the car arrived, he even sent me a pic. We made an appointment for test drive and pick up the next day. Was in and out in just under 3 hours. Financing done, papers signed and keys in hand. Paul removed my personalized plates from my trade to take with me. Received a great offer for my trade. No pressure to purchase anything that I was not interested in. Only dealt with Paul. No one else coming over to pressure me into anything else. Great experience. When I arrived home, I realized I had left my garage door opener in my trade. Sent Paul a text and even though they were closed he assured me he would take care of it first thing in the morning. Paul made this a super easy purchase!!!

Not happy
Car salespeople didn't really care to solve issues. Sold me an electric car that wouldn't charge. Will but at another dealership.
