Car will not start

Disappointed post sale service
This is my second vehicle purchased with EchoPark and I am totally disappointed this time. I got Cadillac XT5 , there were 2 issue found after the purchase. First Bluetooth with music was not working and Second plastic holder below the trunk was constantly falling down. Service team said this model does not support Bluetooth with music and they have confirmed with Cadillac. I was shocked with that answer that 2020 premium model doesn't support very basic feature which is connecting Bluetooth for music. My car was under warranty so I decided to visit Cadillac and they were able to fix all the issues. Initially Echopark mentioned they will pay as well if Cadillac can fix it and later it was mentioned they cannot pay more than X amount for fix done by Cadillac which was surprising. It was really irritating to follow up and visit the place multiple times . I was also getting engine light frequently turning on and off , they just helped me to find the code but not fix it. I visited Cadillac again and they were able to fix it. Factory warranty with Cadillac really saved me. Also during my visit to Cadillac they found there was an oil leakage , I would have never found this if I did not go to Cadillac . I felt the 7 and 30 days warranties are useless. I felt there 190 point quality check prior to purchase didn't make any sense to me. I would like to mention that they provided great price for my trade in vehicle which is good. I was really impressed when I got first car from Echopark but this time it was very disappointing.
