Zero satisfaction NO Customer Service -Echopark
Echopark is a terrible dealership with a business model that they cannot even follow. Starts with fraudulent advertising. Cheap prices with all kinds of addons after the fact. Customer service is NOT even practiced at all. If you can even get through on the phone lines to start. Buyer beware, after 3 hours they finally located the car from the Sales Rep in Charlotte, the car was located in Atlanta. Oh, but wait the car was involved in an accident on the lot, after 2 additional hours that was mentioned. Kept getting worse..... They should run out of business soon...
