Deceptive, scammers, untruthful. All words that describe the folks here who will try to lie and trick you into buying one of their many many totaled vehicles. Technically these vehicles are "repairable", but think about it - would they have been totaled, then purchased by these scammers, then resold if they were financially viable?

We make sure each customer understands what condition our vehicles are in and what kind of work has to be done on them. Majority of our customers enjoy doing repairs themselves or restoring the vehicle all together. Our customers save a lot of money this way. For customers who can not do mechanical work themselves, we can repair any electrical and mechanical work that needs to be done.

I have bought 3 vehicles from East Coast Auto Source over the past 6 years. They have always been very helpful and friendly, and I got excellent deals on all of the cars I bought there. They are a busy place, so to be honest, I've had to wait every time I've gone there, but I realized early on that it's busy because they sell quality cars at incredible prices. Their selection is incredible, and the deals I got were absolutely worth the wait, every time. I highly recommend this place!

Had too ask for 3 months too a pic of a Colorado won’t buy from them never got a pic makes me never want too buy from them ever

Had a good encounter with dealer however it took longer than initially expected for vehicle delivery. Vehicle was in perfect working condition, clean and everything worked as expected. Very pleased with my purchase and would buy from them again.

DONT DO IT!

Promised the vehicle would be in great running condition. Didn’t have it a few days an noticed the transmission was not shifting properly. Called them they beat around the bush to fix did everything under the sun to not fix it. And few months later the head gaskets blew in my truck that I truly over paid them for. Was just ONE OF THR WORST experiences I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. Scam artist! Tell you anything you want to hear just to sell you are car. Don’t believe nothing they say.

I THINK NO ONE IS AT HOME?

I SENT AN EMAIL REGARDING A CAR THAT WAS LISTED ON CARS.COM. THE AD WAS ACCURATE FOR THE MOST PART, IT DID LIST THE CAR AS DAMAGED BUT REPAIRABLE AND THE PHOTOS WERE SHOWING THE DAMAGED AREA, BUT SINCE I AM OUT OF STATE I NEEDED A COUPLE OF ANSWERS ON INFORMATION NOT LISTED IN THE AD. I SENT A FOLLOW UP EMAIL 2-3 AFTER THE INITIAL ONE AND STILL NO REPLY. EITHER THE EMAILS ARE GOING TO THEIR SPAM MAIL AND BEING DELETED, OR SOMEONE IS FREEING UP THEIR WORK DAY BY DELETING ALL EMAILS REQUESTING INFORMATION. ALSO I HAVE A FEELING ALL THE 5 STAR REVIEWS MUST BE EITHER RELATIVES OR IN-LAWS. BECAUSE IF THEY DIDNT PRAISE THIS PLACE ABOUT HOW WONDERFUL THEY ARE, THEY KNOW THEY WOULD MOST LIKELY HAVE TO SUPPORT THESE YO-YOS IF THEY LOSE THIS GIG.

If you're patient, perfect choice

From the time I agreed to buy the vehicle to the time the vehicle was ready, was two months. But if you can handle that, I have nothing buy good things to say. I got a great vehicle, at 30% less than the blue book value, repairs included. I'm thrilled with my vehicle, and I'm happy to wait a couple months in order to save several thousand dollars! If you don't need the vehicle immediately, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Bought a car and had them repair it

Don't ever use them for your repairs I paid George $1,900 to fix my car they kept it for two months and didn't do anything to it, now I have the car in the dealer shop now I got to pay again for the same repairs. You can call them all the time and they tell you the same thing very disappointed
