I was dealt with respect and given a fair price for my trade-in vehicle which was not my experience at the other Jacksonville Acura dealership. Great Experience
Duval Acura staff from the salesperson to the sales manager were patient regarding all questions, informative and detailed when helping set up our new RDX. They were even able to lower our lease price using Acura incentives that became available after we had agreed to a slightly higher price.

Transmission shifting
The vehicle was not shifting from a lower gear to a higher gear. The Acura dealership reviewed the transmission log and didn't find any issues. One service department managers took me for a drive and discovered that I had shifted to car to the 'sport' mode accidentally. I was quite relived the transmission was fine and it was an 'operator' error causing the issue.
