Between Natalia G. and Peyton M. they really helped making getting into a new car as easy as possible. The whole team I interacted with in the process of having to deal with my totaled car and getting a new one was a total dream. I didn't think I would be able to get into something after my accident, but they did it! The chairs they have to offer in the building are comfortable and clean with lots of snack and beverage options. My stay while getting everything taken care of was great! Hands down the best experience I've had working with a dealership! Thank You!!!

Did plenty of shopping around before eventually purchasing a Jeep from Chris Ryan. Let’s face it-no one WANTS to go to a dealership. Chris was extremely friendly over the phone, didn’t pressure me at all. He was my last stop and I’m glad I waited. Have me fair value for my trade in and I walked away happy with the deal. I plan to do business with him again!

UPDATE #2: The car was finally delivered. Hallelujah! I upgraded the rating from 2 stars to 3 stars. It’s possible that the lack of response was typical of the dealer, or maybe because it was a trade-in and not a new car. The experience started out great, but the consistent lack of responses was very irritating. UPDATE: Today the manager finally called and said the car will be delivered tomorrow. Fingers crossed! I'm in the process of buying a used car that they got as a trade-in. Chris and Peyton were super nice and helpful. I found a car that I loved but was told it needed to be checked by their service department, which might take a few days. I agreed and wrote them a $500 check for a deposit. After a week I called to see what was taking so long and was told that the inspection was completed but hadn't yet been written up. It has now been 8 days and they have stopped returning my phone calls. Not only that, but the car is still listed for sale on their website. I'm hoping that I can change this review if they become more responsive!

I was a first time car buyer with not much experience purchasing a vehicle and I feel like Brian, our salesman, took full advantage of my lack of experience. I ended up in debt up to my eyeballs paying twice what the car was really worth. He didn't even offer a test drive! Because of this experience, I will never be purchasing a car from another dealership and my credit is completely trashed! Thanks Brian! For taking full advantage of my inexperience and my anxiousness to buy!

My grandson purchased a used car there. He took it home to The Dalles and the first time he used the headlights he became aware that one was not functional. The internal parts had come loose and needed replacement because the beam shined downward. Not something you would see in a daylight inspection. He called the dealership and explained the situation but they said it is his problem and refuse to fix it. Not the way to keep repeat customers. Certainly not the way I treated my customers when I was in business. I guess that used car salesmen haven't changed. If you make it off the lot the problems are yours. What a shame.

Thank you for your response. Honesty runs deep in my family.my father passed it to me, I passed to my son, who passed it to Chris. He purchased the car in good faith and when he used the headlights, he discovered the internal parts to be damaged. He immediately (at first opportunity) contacted your company and asked for a replacement headlight. Even offering to do the work to change it himself. I think that would be more than fair. if you agree, simply call him at 541-965-2335 and offer to make it right. Neither of us will hold a grudge and will edit our rating accordingly.

So you are going to feel bad and talk to your team, but are you going to do the right thing and fix the headlight??

Do not trust the salesman at this dealership.

Do not trust the salesman at this dealership. They will lie about their vehicles even if you ask a direct question. We bought a Chrysler van here had all kinds of apps on it for the test drive. When we bought it just had the basic apps. Was told they never had all the apps the salesman pointed out during our test drive. Went to Best Buy to see about a new radio with more apps. Was told that Chrysler has an adapter for the radio with all the apps we are missing. We believe they removed this before we bought it. They will not fix issues with the vehicles after you buy it like a seat that needs to be fixed to easily store it flat or put in sitting position. Have to remember their work around

I'm changing my review since Dustin and Natalia kept contacting Lithia to make sure that Lithia would send me the necessary paperwork. Still, they need to be better at getting back to customers...Don't tell someone that you're going to call them, and then you don't. I've never bought a car online, so I had a lot of questions. Their prices seem to be lower than other Dealerships. Caitlin at Lithia was attentive, and helpful. E-mailed paperwork this morning.

I recommend this Dealership...Dustin has stayed on top of things, and has kept me updated. Franchise Manager was understanding, and efficient. She contacted the necessary people in regards to necessary services needed on my vehicle. I wish that the Transport Team would get their drivers on board so that I can receive my vehicle! Everything happened in a fairly timely manner; the car was moved from Portland to Eugene, right away, and that Dealership performed, hopefully all of the necessary services. The car was ready for Delivery on 08/24 to 25th, and Manager had told me to expect the car on Friday. Good Grief! Still waiting...
