Bait and switch

They prequalified me online and got me in the store and then told me I was approved but for 5k down talk about bait and switch.

Overall experience 1.0 Does not recommend this dealer. Did not purchase a vehicle.

I bought a 2014 Camaro 2 years ago this date. Not one problem.... Thank you mike for the honesty. My brother also has a Nissan he bought from Chandler. This was 3 years ago and guess what? No problems. Thank you

Long Time Customer

I have been a customer of Drive Time for a very long time, since they were called Ugly Duckling. I have purchased and paid off several vehicles. They always have a great selection in various price ranges. This is a buy here-pay here, so they cater to people with less than stellar credit, therefore the interest rates are pretty high. However, their prices are still reasonable. Their staff, for the most part, is great at not making people feel terrible for having credit issues and their Champ program is a really nice thing! Even after falling on hard times and having to get a vehicle from them repossessed a couple of years ago, they looked past it and still recognized my Champ status and gave me several options to choose from for no money down. I have and will continue to recommend Drive Time to anyone I know looking for a car.

This is unbelievable! The people lied to us and said there was nothing they can do to help us fix their screw up. . The car has been gradually breaking down from day one and they said there is nothing they can do. As things began to get progressively worse they are still saying that they will not do anything to help get out of this loan for this $3300 car that will end up costing $24000!! The are saying this is a good deal? A school loan was declined because of the amount of the car loan. Still there is nothing they WILL do. The managers are rude and asked me to leave when I let them know I was writing this review. Was this supposed to make this all better?

This was my first time buying a car. The staff helped walk me through it. I was surprised to have 5 cars to choose from with zero down and still in my budget! Very nice!
