Very welcoming, accommodating, and knowledgeable staff with a great selection of budget friendly vehicles. I was very pleased to find hybrids and electric vehicles amongst the gasoline options!

Adding one star because it's required. Horrible experience beginning til the end. I went in Mid March with cash to buy a used van, several of the ones I test drove had mechanical issues and unfortunately I was eager and didn't let that be my warning. I picked out a van older (2013) but with low milage. Our sales assistant Gabby assured us everything had been looked over, is mechanically sound and goes through a thorough inspection. At this point my only concern was that my four year old has allergies to animal hair and this vehicle had quiet a bit. Gabby assured me it would be heavily detailed, cleaned up etc. If I came back to pick up Monday. I get a call Monday is not yet finished come in on Tuesday. I come in Tuesday still filthy, they advise me to come back in an hour. I come back in an hour, Gabby is not there, she had to let her dog out, ok......I wait, they take me in a dimly lit garage to show me where they've "detailed" the van, it looks great......I pay for it (no-loan) and go outside in the sunlight to get it, I drive home and realize once I get there and open the back, still filthy, I used a whole can of Armorall wipes before I decide to just pay $145 to get it detailed. I put THIRTEEN MILES on this van between the dealership and my home, I Drive SEVENTEEN more on the way to have it detailed and THE TRANSMISSION GOES OUT. THAT'S THIRTY MILES! Now I'm reasonable, I know somethings are out of their control but upon having the vehicle taken to AAMCO they advised me the transmission fluid was clearly full of metal fragments and just topped off by the dealership, it also appeared as if they made it appear as if it had a new /repaired transmission. The mechanic himself advised I contact the dealership and BBB only to be hung up on at the dealership and told that cars are as is no warranty. Again I understand this and declined the warranty however I did this based on the fact that I asked if the vehicles engine /Transmission etc. Had been tested, checked over and was certified to be in good operation. "Oh, yes, absolutely they check all of that and guarantee there are no issues ". Clearly no guarantee as i was literally told "once it leaves the lot it's not our issue " when I called upset. I'm reasonable, I don't raise my voice, change my tone or get demanding at all and the representative I spoke with was not, insisted I must have tore up the transmission in the THIRTY miles I had it for. I bought it Tuesday, by Friday it has no transmission!!!! Save your money, continue your search, go anywhere but here!!!

Expensive cars riddles with issues.

I bought a 2015 Silverado with 125,000 miles on it for $25,000. Three months later it is at a transmission shop getting the transmission rebuilt. $4000 repair. The dealership has done nothing to help. Not even a loaner vehicle while it’s getting repaired. The manager said he’d call me back and never did. Steer clear. Read the the rest of the reviews on here. Their cars are garbage. They tell you they inspect their vehicles, but that doesn’t seem like the case.

They took my car from me and did not apply it to my loan and I can't seem to find a phone number for them to contact all numbers on line lead to nowhere

I scheduled an appointment with this dealership, went in to my scheduled appointment, and the salesman was with another couple. We walked around and it took a while before another person came over to help. They kept leaving to check on things and would leave us for 15 to 20 minutes at a time. We were there to see a specific vehicle (that I was told to come in to test drive hence the scheduled appointment) simply for them to say it wasn't ready. I expressed my disappointment as I had driven quite far and was prepared to purchase the vehicle that day. They ended up bringing the car around for me to see and they conveniently covered up the massive scratch on the front with a "Newly Acquired - expected to sell soon" sticker on the site. Long story short, since the vehicle was not ready, they wanted me to come back on another day once it was. Overall, poor experience. Would not recommend.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware! 4 hours after driving away from the lot and I now have $1000 in repairs to make. The struts were painted to disguise significant rust. I don’t know who did the painting but nobody notices or mentioned it.

Salesman was nice enough, but they screwed me on purchasing my van only give me 5300 for it got it for sale for 10 grand. And don't waste your time trying to get a loan there the loan officer is a dick head!

Why are used car dealerships all so sleazy? The salesman was super nice and I love the car we have, but we've had it for less than 2 weeks and have had to fix 2 things already. Hitting $1000 in repairs. Also beware the fiance dude, he really does try to pull a fast one on you. They have a large selection of inventory but just be super super careful. If I had known that we'd be paying $15k on this car I would have bought something else from somewhere else.
