I purchased a Mercedes TurboDiesel SUV from these cons and started having problems 10 miles down the road. After returning and receiving it back several times as repaired, I finally took it to my import mechanics, who I trust implicitly. Turns out they had done some camouflage repair work and that, among other things, I needed a $3100 turbo repair. It's altogether costing me $3400!
No Show! No sale!
Didn't show up for an appointment. We drove four hours to buy a nice used car. Jimmie and mike clearly didn't care about the sale and didn't bother to show up or return or calls.
Just like to say that the guys here at Digital Auto were very friendly and professional. They really cared about the happiness and well-being of their customers. Highly reccomended for a used car purchase.
Customer service was excellent. No pushy sales and once Indecided on the BMW I wanted, they had me signed and out the door in less than 30 minutes, even with being short staffed....Highly recommend!
If I could choose a 0 I would... I had the worst experience trying to buy a car from this place. I went in on a Friday and was told I could take the car for the evening to have it inspected and then bring it back the following day to finish the deal. When I went back the following day I had my list of things that needed looked at. One being the tires: On the website it stated majority of the tread was still on the tire.... That was not the case. They were slick with no tread at all! I shouldn’t have even been allowed to drive it on the interstate! The owner of the dealership, Mike, stated he refused to do anything on the car to help because he had other people lined up with cash in hand and I’m basically a hassle because I had a trade in and there were a lot of paperwork. I was just a waste of time to him. He then told me I could keep the car for the weekend because he wasn’t going to do the paperwork..... even though the day before I was told that we’d finish it. Even after all that, I agreed to keep it. However... I got about a mile down the road and realized I didn’t even want the car due to how this whole scenario went down. I went back and got my current car back and I will never go back there again!! Stay away!! Also, it’s ironic that they diabled reviews from their Facebook....

Excellent Service, Great Buying Experience
This dealership offers the best possible buying experience than any other dealership out there. The salesmen are very laid back, willing to work with their customers in any way they can. It was the most pleasant buying experience I?ve ever had. Great cars, great value, great people.

Mike and Jimmy were very helpful during my search for the right car. They were friendly, accommodating, and never once tried to pressure me into buying. It is obvious to me that they view prospective buyers as people and not simply as sales. If somewhere down the road I am in the market for another use car, Digital Auto will be on the top of my search list.
