I left an online message with interest in a vehicle they were offering. I never recieved a call back or email with any concern to help me or even ask questions. They must have enough business and not need my patronage. I'm sure there are some capable people working there however at this point i've not had a chance to confirm that. Think i'll go somewhere they show me they want my business

Greasy....NOT a good experience, they will try and hussle you. The cars are over blue book value and are not serviced before they are sold. Buy at your own risk and loss of money. :-)

Their service earns them a five stars in my book. They were trustworthy and followed through on their promises. I would not hesitate to purchase a car from them again.

I bought a 2008 Nissan Altima 2.5 S from Denver Auto about two years ago. I had the car thoroughly inspected by an independent auto repair shop about two miles from Denver Auto. I thought I had checked CarFax but I must has forgotten to do so. No problems were found with the car, so I bought it at what appeared to be a very good price. About 6 months ago, engine trouble developed and the repair shop at the local Honda dealer was quick to identify that the car had had serious front end damage, now causing problems with the drive train. Fortunately for me, the dealer repaired it under warranty. I will let you draw your own conclusions.

The dealer made sure all details were taken care of and we were satisfied. We only had to deal with one person throughout the process, unlike the big dealerships where you have to deal with 3 or 4 different people. Also, the sales person was not high pressure, like some of the smaller dealerships. Overall it was a very positive buying experience.
