I've purchased a dozen new cars, but have never had an experience as smooth as this one. Chad Williams was quick to respond to my online inquiry. He quickly pointed out that the vehicle I was interested in received slight hail damage the night before, so the vehicle was discounted. He got an immediate estimate of the repair cost and provided to me. I decided to make the journey to the dealership and wasn't disappointed. Chad was upfront and honest and didn't try to mislead me. He offered to show me other vehicles if I preferred, but made me a deal that I couldn't refuse. There was no pressure at any point in the process. Chad answered all my questions and helped get me setup. Kenny in finance was quick and to the point. He didn't attempt to pressure me and had me in/out of his office in 10 mins, all paperwork signed. Very impressed with everyone I encountered and I will happily make the drive from Garland and pass 3 other Dodge dealerships to buy from them again.
Great Customer Service
worked with Chad on getting my Dodge charger and the process was amazing!! Never thought buying a car would be this enjoyable. You have this idea of going to a car dealership and would rather go to the dentist. But with Chad it was different, very respectable, and honest. He always followed through with what he said he was going to do! I will def tell my friends about Classic Dodge in Denton and recommend Chad to everyone I speak with.
New purchase made easy
Chad Williams showed great insight into buying a new family vehicle. We picked what we wanted online but by time we arrived we had changed our minds. He easily transitioned to our new choice and though it was a more expensive vehicle was able to get the price down to nearly what we originally were going to pay. When asking about other vehicles he was very knowledgable. He even told us cheaper ways to get some of the options they could do at a premium but where we could go for the same product for less money after market. I highly recommend shopping their inventory online and then going to work with Chad on the details.
Very poor car sales man
I went to classic of Denton to buy a vehicle with full intentions of getting one and was very disappointed with the car sales man chad Williams and the other staff. They would not give me any money for my trade in and had the vehicle listed way above the price it should have been or they weren't going to give me the rebates that come with the new 2013 truck which if you ask me is probably illegal, they told me they can't do anything for me so I left and went to huffines in lewisville and got in the same truck that I was looking for at classic of Denton for close to a 100 dollars a month less and I got a 7 year 70000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. How does this add up classic? Y'all are terrible I will never go back for any reason or recommend y'all I will tell people to make the drive to lewisville to save there time and money.
New Car Purchase
I contacted Chad Williams through the internet sales. He responded very promptly and answered my questions completely to my satisfaction. I received an excellent quote with my first phone call and even though what I wanted was not in their stock he offered to order it for me at an excellent price. When we went in to order the vehicle we discovered that it was no longer available with the specs we wanted but while there the exact car we wanted was found at another dealership and arrangements were made for us to get it. Since this was on a Friday we were told it would probably be Monday or Tuesday before it would be ready. However we were surprised on Saturday morning when Chad called and said it was ready. He had personally gone and picked the car up for us on Saturday morning. They have figured out that customers want excellent service without pressure and a fair price when making a large purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Chad Williams to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

My wife and I recently purchased our second new Jeep from Chad Williams at Classic of Denton. From the time we arrived to the time we drove away Chad and the entire staff that we worked with were professionals in every sense of the word. Shortly after we left with the second Jeep my wife and I discovered some damage in the engine compartment...it looked like a small animal had decided to make a home and chewed up most of the insulation and some wiring. I notified Chad right away and was asked to bring the vehicle back at my earliest opportunity. When I arrived I was met by Chad, Allen Salyers (assistant sales manager) and the service manager...I regret that I do not remember his name. The damage was assesed right away and I was provided with a rental car while the repairs were made. I now have my new Jeep back and you would never know there was an issue. My wife and I were referred to Classic through USAA and we could not be happier. The drive from Rockwall to Denton is well worth every mile to do business with these good people. We will be back!!!
This was my first experience of shopping for a vehicle on the internet; in fact, I was shopping for TWO of them. My wife and I had other, more local firsthand choices, but the immediate responsiveness, transparency, and helpfulness from our sales contact (Chad Williams) made us choose to travel over 200 miles to Denton. We had seen pictures of the vehicles, and reviewed information from the website, and Chad had filled in some of the blanks for us, but it was still a "pig in a poke." When we arrived, we weren't disappointed. In spite of a cold, driving rain, the vehicles were prepped spotlessly, and Chad and Kenny (Finance) patiently guided us through the laborious process of evaluating two trade-ins, purchasing and financing two vehicles, and getting us comfortably into them. This included a good deal of time (much of it with Chad standing in the rain) familiarizing us with the high-tech features and answering numerous questions. At no time did we feel pressured or coerced; it seemed that every member of the staff (sorry I can't remember all their names!) understood their job to include making sure our needs were met. Even with the miserable weather, the place was relaxed and positive, neat and clean, from the showroom to the service bays. In many years of buying new vehicles, I've never felt compelled to recommend a dealer, nor have I felt any loyalty after the whole buying process was done. Classic changed that. I've already recommended this dealer to several friends, all of whom have been impressed by my description of the experience, and surprised that I found a dealer I liked. It was a trip up to Denton for us, but well worth the drive.

The staff, specifically Chad and Kenny, were so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable about their products and willing to help. They exceeded our expectations and make the car buying experience easy and smooth. They made sure we left knowing everything we could about our car and were by far the most helpful employees that we have met while shopping around for cars. Highly recommend them!

Bought the vehicle at this dealership and had a very good buying experience. Had an appointment for routine service...took a long time and they would not apply their own website discounts. I may not return to this dealership for service again.
