We thought we had reached an agreement on a price over the internet on a vehicle and set up an appointment to drive to this dealership. This dealership is one hour away from our home and requires us to drive through major road construction. When we arrived we found out that the deal we thought we had was not what the dealership said they had agreed to, and we were still $1000 apart. They made very little effort to try and negotiate with us. We just walked out of the dealership in total disappointment.

My management team each week look at our pricing in the market and price our vehicles down or up based on the selling market and post the price on a tag in the window , which eliminates all the back and forth that other dealers do. My wife's new Jeep Cherokee

Jon Curfman helped my wife and I find the car that she wanted, full moon roof, back up camera, and more in a 2016 75th Anniversary edition Cherokee Latitude. Jon help my wife with her questions, and knowledge of the Cherokee, Journey and the 200, but the Cherokee won here heart. Josh went to work on out financing. He got good rates with the maintenance package and extended warranty, then worked on the deal and got even better the next morning. Thanks for getting us into the new Jeep This is out 3rd vehicle we have bought new from Classic, and using the Service Department we have yet to have any problems.

As usual Classic of Denton did not disappoint. Jon Curfman met us in the parking lot and the rest is history. After much searching and test driving we found a Jeep Cherokee Latitude that we wanted. Josh Purser put together our financing package and got us an amazing deal. Josh went the extra mile to be sure we got the best deal possible. I got my previous vehicle at Classic and had all my service done there. Service was also the reason we went to Classic to purchase a third vehicle. The service department is top notch. We will continue to trust and use Classic of Denton for years to come. Their entire staff is the best.

A real gem in the DFW metroplex

Classic in Denton provided the best car buying experience I have ever had. Unfortunately, these days you don't expect too much from a car dealership but Classic really surprised me. The entire experience from test drive through financing was as stress free as possible. Classic has a very casual atmosphere and my sales person Steven Deaton was a super nice guy. He was knowledgeable and very patient throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend Classic.

Went to this dealership as referral from a friend of mine that bought from them and was very impressed with their level of professionalism. Morgyn Williams was awesome to work with and when we couldn't quite get the financing because of some issues I've had previously they were able to get their lead Manager Andre Moore involved and he was phenomenal. He is a difference maker and was the reason I ultimately bought the vehicle. I will refer them to anyone I know in the market to buy a car.

Chris Stolp was very friendly and helpful with the repairs on our 2011 Mazda 6. Our car had broken down on I-35 with our daughter and we had it towed to Denton for repairs. We did not know anything about the dealership and were just hoping it was a good choice. The car was towed Friday night late to the dealership and repaired by Saturday. Chris kept us informed by phone early Saturday morning about the repairs need and why. Chris is very organized and informative. Great asset for this Mazda dealership. Thanks again for all you help Chris Stolp.

Outstanding car buying experience

Car buying made simple is an understatement for Classic Mazda of Denton. This is my second vehicle to purchase from Classic. The first purchase is what I would have considered to be a perfect buying experience but the second was even more pleasing if that was even possible. This dealership has a no pressure, stress free environment where all the employees strive to make you feel welcome. Ryan Rector was my sales guy the first time 3 years ago and I knew I would be going back to Ryan for the purchase this time because of his honesty, friendliness, loyalty and willing to help me find what I was looking for. Able to conduct most of the sale by internet, email, texting and phone calls Ryan was able to find exactly the car I needed. I arrived at the dealership, test drove a car, trade in was appraised, numbers were discussed and financing done in 2 hours. The staff at Classic is first class from the sales manager, Kenneth Roque, to the business manager, Zane Walker, who was able to get my financing where I needed it, but my salesman, Ryan Rector, went out of his way to make me feel like family and for that I will be a customer for life.
