Not the usual "trip to the dentist"

Buying cars ranks just below going to the dentist!! However, this time we tried something new. We are regular listeners of the Jerry Reynolds "Car Pro" radio show and heard about the "special" relationships he has with certain dealers, including Classic Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep in Denton. We were directed originally to the the owner, Rick Wick, which gave us a "side-door" into the sales process. We were very impressed with the way we were treated by the entire staff, especially Patti "D" (sales advisor), Walter Adam (Gen. Sales Mgr.), and the finance folks. We purchased/ordered our new Pacifica van and it showed up within 4 weeks (even over the Holidays!!!). The main thing about working with these folks is that we were treated with respect and not like "fresh pieces of meat". They followed up with us after the purchase to make sure everything was still OK and if we had any questions. Competitive pricing and being treated professionally is what the car buying experience should be. We got both here at Classic of Denton.

Wasted Time

Contacted dealership via email and was told that a certain vehicle was still available. So upon receiving email, I drove 75 miles only to find out that the vehicle was sold the day before. They did apologize and told me to drive safe... thanks that really helps me get my time and gas wasted back....

Buying a car is not typically fun or enjoyable, however, Larry Terry, Darius Moghadam and the rest of the team truly made this experience hassle free and enjoyable. They worked diligently to find me the exact truck I was looking for at a great price. I will always recommend Classic of Denton to anyone in the market for a new car or truck

emailed dealership about jeep listed cars.co online Kevin Vines responded to my email less than a hour he was able to give me a great quote on grand cherokee we went to dealership next afternoon and he was true to his word gave me the price he had quoted me, no extras or add on . we purchased the jeep as soon as we finished a test drive. we could not be happier with purchase from Classic Denton and Kevin Vines, so nice to do business with. thanks Kevin

Great Experience!

I saw a car advertised online at this dealership. I called to see if the car was still available. I spoke to a salesperson named Travis Allen. He was very friendly. He told me they had the car, and I scheduled a time to go in and look at it. When I arrived, Travis was waiting outside with the car. He was very friendly, knowledgable and professional. My husband and I visited two other dealerships prior to this one, and were very upset with both. Our visit to Classic was very pleasant. We ended up buying the car. They let us take it while they worked out the financing. The finance person we met with was Jerrod Wiltshire. He was extremely nice and worked hard to help us get the monthly payments we were looking for. When they had completed our loan, they called us and we came back to sign the documents. Travis then helped me to familiarize myself with the car. It was honestly the easiest, most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I am so impressed with all the people at Classic of Denton, but most especially Steve Deaton. If you want a no pressure car buying experience, but the most professional, helpful sales person, he's your guy! I was thinking about a Cherokee and even test drove it. It was ok. When I told Steve I was thinking of trying out a Willys Wrangler, his eyes lit up! He knew that was the car for me. I can't believe I am actually driving a Jeep Wrangler and doing the "Jeep Wave!" Every part of the buying process was fun and efficient. This was an early 65th Birthday present to myself. And it's nice to know Steve is still helping me learn about the car and being helpful even after the car left the lot! From Rick, to Josh, to Steve and everyone else that was so friendly and welcoming...THANK YOU!
