I had a great experience at Demontrond. I never felt pressured. Everyone was laid back and kind. Easy in and out. I didn’t feel like my time was wasted.

I'm very pleased with the professional service I received from DeMontrond Mazda, especially from Service Advisor Christopher Branch. I came in on March 26, 2021 for an "unscheduled" oil change, as I am from out-of-State. Chris greeted me promptly, helping meet my every need. He went far beyond my expectation. I have never had a greater experience from any other dealership.

I responded to the “How was your service experience?” With a letter documenting my experience. Overview- I was told that the back panel on my vehicle had to be removed to replace the license plate light. Below is the letter that was sent.... 1-31-2021 Good Morning Austin, I appreciate you following up on my visit this past week to Demontrond Mazda. This response maybe a little longer than most but I feel it needs to be said. I have always had a positive experience at this dealership until my last visit. First I would like to say that I have truly enjoyed my Mazda vehicle, in fact it is one that I was considering when purchasing my next vehicle, but not any longer. The reason is the Demontrond dealership which would be my local dealership. On Jan. 26th I went into the dealership to see if they could assist me in getting my license plate lights replace. I had the lights with me as I had purchased them thinking Auto Zone could replace them on site. They could not. I went into the offices and was promptly greeted by one of the gentlemen on staff. I told him what I needed and asked him the cost. He said he would need to check with the shop and in the meantime handed me over to another gentleman probably in his early 30’s but appeared to be the one in charge, while he went to check on the cost. This young man walked with me out to my car as I was explaining to him what I was wanting. He listened then informed me that he would gladly change it right here for me but changing out this light entailed removing the panel above the license plate. I was shocked and said, “You are kidding” he said no it should be easier than that but it wasn’t. I am an older women that is not knowledgeable about vehicles. (This statement should not be necessary, but it is relevant, because I don’t feel that this would of occurred with a knowledgeable male.) At this time he informed me that they could change it out for me. He walked me back in the building, the other man that was checking on the cost returned and said it was a .5 hour job so it would be between $50-$60. I said well if that panel has to come out I don’t have a choice and proceeded to the waiting area. I immediately sent a text to my son-in-law explaining the situation. He immediately responded with “That panel does not have to be removed!”. I went straight back to the young man in charge and informed him of what my son-in-law had just told me. I also told him the information came from a Mazda website. The young man in charge asked that I send him the link that my son-in-law had found. Took about 2 minutes but then he had the link. He pulled the link up on his computer but never addressed that he was incorrect or that he had lied to me. He just kind of sat there looking at the link. I asked for my vehicle. I went straight to my son-in-law he popped off the cover changed the lights in less than 5 minutes, no tools needed at all. Over the last year I have had my vehicle in for service that was recommended by your dealership. It really makes me wonder how much I was overcharged and lied to by people that were working at this dealership. Needless to say I will not be returning to this dealership and I am very, very disappointed that people that you have working for you are able to operate in this manner. I feel like I would be taken advantage of at every turn. There is no longer any trust in this business and will not be a future Mazda customer. Sincerely, Carol Shefcik

My husband and I had the best experience ever tonight with the purchase of our 2019 Audi Q7. The staff was welcoming and friendly and very professional, especially our sales consultant Josue. With the help of the sales manager AK and another consultant Jorge, they offered us the best deal and exactly what we were looking for. They went above and beyond to not only meet our needs but exceed them. Towards the end of the sale it started raining outside and they invited our 9 month old 115 lb mastiff puppy inside their sales room. They really treated us like family and we are very grateful for the service that they provided. Seriously- best dealership experience hands down! I would recommend in a heartbeat!

This was me and my wife first car buying experience and it couldn’t have been any more pleasant and smooth as it was with Mr. Josue Montoya. He was very respectful, honest, informative, and awesome salesperson all around. And as a salesman, he was NOT as pressuring and pushy others every other dealership, and we busted 3 other dealerships where we couldn’t even breathe. I would highly recommend to family and friends to come see Josue Montoya. It is as awesome working with him.

I couldn't have hoped for more pleasant experience. Ctz" in sales was wonderful, guided me through everything. He set up my Bluetooth for me and took me through everything else. Offered more help later if I need any information about the nav system excetera. Karim in finance handled everything for me so smoothly and easily thank you thank you thank you. I definitely recommend working with DeMontrond Mazda in Webster for anyone who's looking for a new or used car

Had a very nice experience in buying our new CX-9 through DeMontrond Mazda, in Webster. We went there and got exactly what we wanted for the price we were willing to pay. Josue Montoya our sales associate did an excellent job in presenting, explaining and getting us into our car without a hitch. Very much better than some other encounters of ours with high pressure sales and finance people. All the staff at DeMontrond did a wonderful job, including AK the sales director and Mario Torres our finance manager. The best part is we love our car! Dave & Penni

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. Allen (salesman) was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Worked out the deal and went to see their finance guy Kareem to do the paperwork. This is where everything went downhill. He said we qualified for a 4th year on the maintenance package and 3 extra months of our finance rate with no mention of costing more. Great we thought. Too good to be true. When it was all said and done we were charged $1500 for the 4th year and to get the extra months of financing was with a $2500 service contract. We told them we did not agree to that. Kareem said we did. He never brought up any extra cost and we felt misled. Kareem argued with us and said he did not mislead us but did acknowledge that he did not bring up the cost. To say you get something without saying it is going to cost extra and how much IS MISLEADING. If you are going to buy a car here I would double and triple check your contract.
