Great experience, family oriented, and great customer care!!! I went in looking to price a SUV after going to a couple of dealership’s around. Right away Allan cihlar approach my family and myself outside in the lot (In mid summer), so we told and show him what we were looking for and right away he called one of his Coworker’s ( Kenny) and with in minutes he came out with keys and waters for all of us. The good/funny part was to show us their Cx-9 has a lot of room for our growing family, my wife, son, myself and both Allan and Kenny get in the car and told us “ see you’ll still have room of the newborn and one other person”. When we finally went inside we Allan showed us our options and packs with their great deals that stayed in our budget. Allan cihlar and the demontrond Mazda group stood out to us because unlike there competitors we stood outside for a good hour outside looking at cars then had to hunt down a salesman inside, wait for them again just to help us ( to go talk to the boss to get us the best for us very couple of minutes, for hours). So needless to say I’ll be I’ll be a repeat customer

If I could give this dealership a zero star I would! Absolutely the worst dealership I have Ever been to! We made a deal on a car I turned my car in at another dealership due to my lease being almost up we then took a cab to Mazda in Webster to get the car we agreed on. Found out once we got there that the sales person made a mistake on our offer so that offer was off the table I left with no car at all now no apology. We then had to get a ride back home 45 min away we were made another offer which I called about. I received a call back stating that the offer and the car was still available and he would call me back. I received no call back I then finally got a email response after I requested information on the offer wanting to know what was going on explaining that I never got the return call that was supposed to happen two days prior I was then told that car was sold!! So again no car! I was then asked if I wanted a quote on another car I told them yes was told they would get back to me on a quote on that one again no call back! They could careless to the fact that due to there mistake I have no car at all now I would never recommend anyone going to this dealership.

I purchased a Mazda5 from here that was used. Our sales man was great and we were told it was in excellent condition. IT WAS NOT!! Within 60 days of having the van the driver side axel shaft had to be replaced and the window regulator assembly has to be replaced. My mechanic did the axel shaft and the transmission fluid was BLACK. They refused to offer any assistance or compensation. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Very fiendly folks. Josue was helpful throughout the buying process, and kept me informed of what stock the dealer had. I was looking for a specific trim what generally wasn't in stock, and he emailed me when the dealer managed to acquire one.
