My daughter wanted to test drive a Mazda but according to Chris that was only possible with a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle for her. So since when do we agree to purchase a car before we test drive? The website shows 21 available with 7 in stock and others in transit. I've never meet a sales that insisted on a deposit over the phone before you have met him or seen / driven the car. I called to speak to a different salesman and was conveniently transfered to Chris. Really!

Right now there is an inventory shortage at most
Right now there is an inventory shortage at most dealerships. Because of the inventory shortage, most dealerships are selling their vehicles at prices that are above MSRP. This dealership is one of the very few that has not raised their prices or added on expensive "dealer add-on's" to their vehicles. At this dealership, the advertised price is the true cost of the vehicle. There were no pricing games, not tricks, and no surprises. I truly appreciate the honest, transparent, and professional interaction.

I have been going to DeMontrond Mazda before it became DeMontrond Mazda. I have bought several new vehicles over the years from Kenny who has always been a fantastic salesman, not too pushy & always worked hard to get me everything I wanted. This past Saturday, I was on my way to show houses when I noticed the wrench had came on in my car letting me know it was time to get the oil changed. I pulled in without an appointment, but they made time for my car. I told them I was in a huge hurry so they even push a rush on it so that I was in and out so quickly. I even got a video of what was being done to my car. They have always take care of me & all my family members that have also bought from Kenny. We all really appreciate the great service & the kindness they always deliver even when your in a huge rush they cater to your every need!!! Love this dealership & everyone that works there! BEST SERVICE EVER!!!!

Kenny is the best! Car buying is challenging especially during this pandemic but I’m so lucky I found Kenny at Demontrond Mazda. He was never pushy, always helpful, friendly and courteous. He helped me find my dream car, a 2022 Mazda CX5 Premium in Snowflake white. I love my new car! Thank you Kenny and Oscar, the finance manager. I've always had a good experience with Demontrond Mazda when I've purchased and had my cars serviced there. We just purchased our third CX-5 from the dealership. Marco Chacon did a great job of working with us through the entire process. He let me know when a model that matched my needs arrived, and he was there to show us the vehicle when we arrived at the dealership. I really appreciate the time he took to work with us. Everyone I've worked with at DeMontrond over the years has been very professional and we've gotten top notch service from the staff there. Keep up the good work!

I am looking to buy a new car. And I get the market is...
I am looking to buy a new car. And I get the market is currently in the dealers favor. But I have NEVER met a dealer that would not negotiate at all on a price with the exception of Carmax who outwardly displays it. I wanted a car that was coming in the dealership in about a month. It does not have any add ons yet as it has just made it to port. The manager (AK) came back with a price that was 382 more than I wanted to pay for a 45000 car. I told the dealer that if he could make it walk out for 45000, which is what I have for my current agreement that I have a deposit on, then I would gladly put a deposit down on it same day. He refused to even budge a bit. They added on nearly 1500 dollars worth of add ons. I was just asking for a reduction of 382. I don't think it was an unreasonable offer. But they would not budge. Well.... they are not the only dealer in the area that sells Mazdas. I will buy it from a company that is willing to negotiate a little. I will not be buying from this dealer. Not only that, but I emailed over a week ago to find out the cost and the availability on some parts for the car I do have a deposit on. And they have yet to get back with me. I asked the dealer (Chris) when the car I was looking for was coming in and he refused to tell me until I gave him my phone number. Since I refused to give him my phone number, he hung up on me. How rude! So... if you like to deal with dealers who are rude and feel that since the the economy is rough, they can just charge what ever...... then by all means, patronize this dealership. But if you want a fair dealer that is willing to negotiate a little.... and is respectful.... and actually answers questions..... Look elsewhere because you wont find that here.

Well if your idea of response is to forward my concerns to AK who claims to be the manager but according to the website is not the general manager, then it is pointless. I went in to the dealership today to discuss the vehicle and was told by AK again..... you want the car... you buy it with the add ons... period. And no negotiation on the price at all. When I asked to speak to his manager, he said "I am the manager" I corrected him and I said, you are a sales manager... I want to speak to a General Manager" He said "I don't know what your problem is with understanding I am the manager" Nope.... not going to fly. I purchased the car from another dealer.... and they were willing to accept my offer since it was very reasonable. But what AK doesn't understand is that word of mouth goes a long way. And I will do everything possible to let friends, family and the general public know what a horrible dealership this is. And since AK was able to point out today that I left him a bad review....... You have my contact info... but.... lose it. I will also write in to Mazda to tell them of my experience. Oh... and I see how quickly you changed your website when I posted on yelp my experience. Can you say quick... hide the evidence? Proof that your company is very shady.
