Purchase was quick and easy. Brandon P. was fantastic to work with and Beau worked with me on my trade in and new vehicle cost. Definitely recommend DeMontrond GMC for purchasing. I have yet to visit the service dept so I can’t review them as of yet. Very happy so far.

Thanks for wasting my time DeMontrond Volvo... I went to your new car inventory site, selected a car I wanted to look at, contacted the dealership via your "chat" app and asked the chat expert "Maurice" if the vehicle is still in stock, to which he replied that it was still available. I then drove 45 minutes up and 45 minutes back to look at the car. Upon arrival at 10:30, I'm greeted by the lone salesman in a very empty showroom, who then proceeds to tell me that the car that they advertised for sale is actually still being used as a demo, and it really isn't for sale! xxx!!! He then shows me another "fully loaded" demo on the showroom floor which is considerably more expensive. Typical bait and switch. Run, don't walk to another Volvo dealer, which is exactly what I did.

Brandon worked super hard throughout the day to get the car I needed to the dealership and cleaned up before I brought it home. He also worked with his management to ensure I could see the car before purchasing, and also worked with their finance department to match another offer I received. He was so nice and had great communication. He saw my husband take a photo of me with my new car (first ever) and even offered to run inside and bring us a bow to make it extra special. So thoughtful!

Lionel Woolard treated us GREAT. He explained very well the time frame we should expect our 2022 Buick, the free warranty on the power train and coordinated with the the finance guy to determine what our payment would be before our car ever got to dealership. We had no surprises when car arrived. Lastly, he assisted us in setting up and explaining various items that came with car i.e. seat adjustment, loading phone info and many other items.

Nacho goes out of his way to help the customer. I live 3 hours away and I did not see the vehicle I had found listed anymore and I didn’t want to waste a trip if he had sold. Nacho went to the dealership that night and took pictures of the truck to make sure it was there. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

My husband and I really dread going to dealerships as the salesperson fills you up with hopes and lies. This dealership made a difference due to our service with Nacho he was awesome told us everything up front no sugar coating, he went above and beyond for us understood our needs as a family. Overall great customer service by everyone we encountered. Best part we left with an AWESOME vehicle! Thank you Nacho! Otero Family.

Dealer is adding $$ over MSRP for current market conditions and their low inventory. While the salesman was nice, he mentioned incentives for purchasing while on the test drive. Came back to office to negotiate the deal and the incentives were no where to be found. They added an additional $6000+ over MSRP so they can "pay their bills".

I paid cash for a 2018 Ram 2500 from De Montrond in 2020. The main reason for selecting this dealership was they offered lifetime warranty on drive trian as long as the truck was serviced by a Mopor service center. I live 85 miles from De Montrond dealer so i requested to use Lithia in Bryan texas 30 miles away. While signing paperwork on purchase the rep. siad for me to call De Montrond when I was having Litha service my truck, I did ONCE. well for the last 11 months I been to Lithia service center 7 times having oil changed along with filters and other fluids. Thinking the whole time I was covered by the warranty for life. I found out this week that Im not cvered no more because I was to notify De Montrond Each time before going to Lithia. Well just read the fine print. It does state each and every time before serving some where else. Yes I read this now but I called De Montrond and asked to be reinstate my truck for the fact that Lithia has all the service records and are up to date. But De Montrond said no to my request. I wished they could reinstate my truck because the sales and staff are very friendly. Thank you. Terry A.
