Responsive, worked hard to find and trade for exact specifications wanted by wife on new Mercedes. Fully prepared and ready for delivery; spent substantial time reviewing features and set up.

I was greeted with a smile and my paper work ready.. she asked if I needed anything else, I told her and she said she would call me with a price etc. I was called with the price and again when it was finished. The car was cleaned and everyone was curious and helpful.I am happy and will be back.
