This review is on the Mazda I bought in 2012 in the mason location . I see they have moved to Fairfield.. I love the car.it has been a great car to this day . I was a self shopper didn't need a sales person so I worked with a awesome woman who did the finance .I regretfully can not recall her name but she was just perfect in how she interacted with me.so I wanted to say thanks. they had quite a selection. my buying experience was just fantastic. I just came across these reviews today and felt I should share my experience with Decent Ride back in 2012 . if the same folks are running the new location I think it is a good place to check out if you looking.

I called over the phone before i even went in. they had the car ready for me and even stayed open an extra hour and half to ensure that everything was perfect. fantastic job working with the bank and getting the payment i needed. Love or porsche and all the fun we are having with it. there was no pressure to get me into anything that I didnt need or want. Andrew you guys did great!! -Devin

I bought a 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, and the service was excellent. The Jeep did have a transfer case going bad on it, however I truly believe that the dealer did not know as it did not make a sound until the following day after the purchase. When I called the dealer to tell him about the problem, he came down on the price and was very fair about it. I would buy another car from here, especially since the car was sold as is and he still helped me out. Thanks a bunch!

Only question I had is when you fill out an app they need to call you back even if you are not approved or you need more money down

I am a Mercedes fan: have two others- this is my third. I drove 300 miles from Grand Rapids and was very gratified that car was as represented and pictured. Fax was valid! I would recommend you give them an opportunity to work with you! In their price you will not do better. Plus they are nice people. Ask for Q.

I test drove a used Jetta here at this lot and immediately the check engine light came on and an "odd" smell was coming from the engine. We drove back and informed the owner and he did right away send it away to be repaired and said he would call us as soon as it was repaired, approx half hour or so. An hour and half went by and finally I called him. He said it was just a thermostat and should be returning anytime. After more time we finally decided to just go back there. The car was returned shortly after and we test drove it again. The check engine light did not come back on so we figured all was repaired and went into the office. Bottom line....there is no play in cost AT ALL....NOT A PENNY! I have never in my life been to a dealership that didn't try to negotiate to SOME degree. This guy did not entertain any type of offer, we had cash and our offer was reasonable. He stated that he has to make $300 to $400 on each car in order to pay his rent....I'm sure he makes MORE than that per vehicle, dealers get these cars from auctions much cheaper than he stated that he paid. Yes, he did show us a # that he said he paid for that car at the auction, not believing what he showed us but whatever.

Dear Mr & Mrs NayNay, as you might not know we really markup our units by $400 to $700 profit per unit (NOT $2000)like many other dealers ,but that is why we sell more units per month than many other independent dealers in the area, So when we spent the money on the repairs that you requested for the thermostat and the heater sensor for about $225 then we are left with only $450 profit for that vehicle (which you don,t have to believe) then we have the full right to make that much $$ and not less, and i personally can swear to you that was the actual cost that we showed you on the screen that you did,t believe, matter of fact you are more than welcome to come back to our office and we will show you all the official auction paperwork and receipts for services that was done to this car and you don,t have to buy from us but we would like you to believe us. thanks

I drove from Cleveland to Cincinnati looking for the right car for my daughter. A combination of poor car choices and very poor service until I came across decentride.com. In all my years I have been buying cars, at no time did I ever deal with this level of customer service. My family and I were treated with great respect and honesty. The car we bought was perfect and my daughter is very happy. You should change your name to Integritycars.com. Thanks again for everything!!!!
