I have a habit of stopping by dealers if they have interesting cars, rarely buy because most sales people and or dealers are not knowledgeable, use high pressure tactics etc etc. I usually do a lot of research ahead of time before going to any specific lot to buy. We technically were not in the market when we stopped and bought our truck. I had stopped randomly here before and always had a positive experience, sales people are friendly, very willing to show you any and multiple vehicles. In one case, after my purchase we went back and looked at 3 jeep commanders for my wife's sister who lives in KY and asked us to preview the Jeeps. All three were in different spots and they pulled them all and we test drove each one same day. My sister in law did make a purchase within a week of this. She went with a Lincoln Aviator. EXTREMELY nice. Back to my experience, we stopped because we seen a Dodge Ram from the road, they greeted quickly and grabbed the keys, we didn't realize it was a dodge diesel, a truck that we really wanted. Test drove it, loved it, it has the leather interior, and all other options. Walking away from this would have been painful, but we had bought a jeep recently and obviously owed. Long story short, they were more than fair on trade in value, as well as being flexible on the price of the truck. The finance Manager (Mike) was able to get us a great lender and even better interest rate than our Jeep. I know the owner (Andrew) and Finance Manger (Mike) did a lot on this deal for us. We gave them our ideal payment and they even were able to beat that (lower). The truck did have a brake line fail and they fixed it immediately and before purchase. Everyone at the dealer was friendly, and I felt to be honest. They have a good selection of vehicles for all walks of life, and tastes. I would recommend this dealer to family and friends without hesitation. We will definitely use them in the future!

The service was great, and even after I came back with problems, they fixed it no problem. Very friendly. I love the car, even though there was a few problems, I'm very happy with my first car.

I really have to say "WOW" just when I first found on CARS.COM the vehicle I was looking for and contacted DECENT RIDE.COM after looking at a few other elsewhere, their email response was prompt and very professional and did answer all what I needed to know, then a phone conversation had me almost engaged to buy from them, then when I went to check out the vehicle after 10 minutes I had my decision made, I have to say the ease of dealing with those guys is amazing and I really felt like a friend not a buyer, GREAT CAR FROM A GREAT DEALER .

Frustrated I'm getting a run around

I bought a Volkswagen beetle from decent rides about 6 weeks ago. It was a bit pricey for a car that has had to have numerous cosmetic repairs and been in multiple wrecks and a bunch of cosmetic defects with the interior.... but it's what I wanted. When I purchased the car they told me they would have my radio soon and that they'd call me when the title and radio were in stock. The agreement is written on my buyers receipt. I received the title in he mail a week later so I have them a call about my radio. I called and was told that the guy on the phone didn't knownif it was in and he would give me a call back. I waited 3 days and never received a call so I called again. I got the same answer and I said ok. Please call back because this is the second time calling. 3 days later I received a voicemail (this was a Thursday) that my radio was in and that they would call me on Monday to schedule an appointment to get it installed. I never received the call on Monday so I called Tuesday and said that I would like to set up my appointment for my radio. They again said they didn't know if it was in. I said that I received a voicemail and he said "well Jason isn't in so I'll have to call back". Again, I never received a call back!!!! I called today and repeated the same thing, that I know my radio is in and he said he would give me a call back. I'm so sick of this company and the run around. It's in my service agreement and they don't want to do it, obviously.

My wife and I bought a used Audi A6 for a fair price here, and were happy with the deal we made. However after we filled the car with gas and got it home we discovered a fuel leak. We called the dealership the next day and they offered to fix it right away. I made an appointment to bring the car back and have it repaired. I arrived at the dealership at the scheduled time, waited a few minutes while they cleared the repair bay and pulled my car right in. The problem ended up being a torn fuel tank gasket that they were able to replace immediately and send me on my way. The gasket was all the way at the top of the tank and only leaked when the tank was full or very close to it. The dealer had no way of knowing about the leak unless they had filled the tank, and what car dealer does that these days. Their service man spent the whole afternoon diagnosing and fixing the problem, all at no cost to me. I was very satisfied with the response to the problem and with the repairs that were made. We have had no further problems with that gas tank. We are very happy with the car and would recommend Decent Ride.com to our friends and family.

Dont trust them

I was going to buy a car from them that drove really nice and was in almost perfect condition. They assured me that there was nothing wrong with the car and that the person that was going to look at it for me wouldn't find anything wrong with it or they would pay him. He found a bolt missing from where transmission connects to the engine and another bolt that wasn't even finger tight right next where the bolt was missing. We even found that one of the front struts are going bad. Yes bolts are cheap and even I can put the bolts in but the main fact is that they told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car so I do not trust that the car is solid and the engine won't fall out of the car in a few months. Yes thats a little extreme but who knows how many other bolts are missing and what else was missed during the 2 inspections that the car has been through. Oh and they will not come down in price and the prices are above fair market kelly blue book value.

We visited this dealership to check-out a 2001 Volvo station wagon which was listed "in excellent condition". We called two days before our visit and were told "it's a great car". When we arrived at the dealership, the car's engine was torn apart and we were told it needed some sort of sensor. Didn't know when it would be fixed. Did we want to buy it anyway? Uh, No.

dear Valintina, we apologize truly for what happen but here how it did happen, we always do a final check on any unit that we are expecting a customer on and in that manner we found a sensor that has to be replaced so we went ahead and start the labor while you arrived 2 hours before you scheduled appointment !! and I have to say that the vehicle was in perfect running order 30 minutes after you left.
