The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The whole process of purchasing a vehicle was quick and easy. Found and purchased a pickup truck that is exactly the same as my old one. My friends and I couldn't believe it!

Very good dealership and good personal with kind dementors. And when there was an issue with the car seat lining they did not hesitate to repair the problem. And it didn't take them every long to complete the task.

Test drove vehicle, liked it, and said I would come once they fix damages found during my inspection and test drive. I text sales agent but never heard back. Called to make sure they had accurate number to reach me and it was confirmed that they would get back to me but still unresponsive. No communication ends with no sales. I was ready to make a deal, but I guess they weren't. Neither party wins or losses

Mazda CX-7 2008

I bought a 2008 Mazda. Later, it gave a few problems and they fixed it all without any excuse. Only thing is that getting the plate took a while. I think it is not a big deal due to the pandemic. It's been a 8 months running smoothly so far.

On the same day that I buy the Odyssey, I noticed that the CD player was not working correctly. I informed to the seller and he told me that I could bring the car at the next day to be repaired. I took the vans to the dealer at the next day, however, they told me that I have to take it to the extreme audio shop because it is the place where they repair all cars for their dealer. The car has warranty ( 3 months or 5,000 miles) I took the car to the suggested shop repair. The CD player was repaired after I paid $140 because the dealer refused to cover the repair. Please do not do business in this dealer. They are not serious and honest people.

when ever customer bought the van, it had no issue whatsoever, other wise he wouldn't even buy it ask to get it fix before he purchased it. Yes we are proud to offer 3 months and 5k miles warranty and 2 years maintenance plan, but these are all mechanical warranty,customer has put 2 CDs inside CD player and they both got stuck and he wanted us to fix it while this is not even our fault, we told him to go place that we work all time and use our discount , he was agree and he got it fixed at where told him to go so he use our discount. We will not be able cover customers fault.Even though it wasnt out fault at all, we wanted to pay half of what he paid, but he refused. We are one of the best dealership in this town. We are proud of our cars.Thanks

I bought a car in 2017 and by 2019 the car engine light came on- the engine was misfiring. It it was a total waste of 9k.

Lie to customer i by 2013 Scion FR-S told me Before I by it evething is good . Come to find out at my shop oil pan leaking right lower control arm loos and I took it back to them there communication is like kids they didn’t fix nothing told me my mechanic say no problem with the control arm and we talk to him he say it was control arm pushing loos so the owner lie and I pick the car up anyways driving home oil leaking bad they side fix the oil pan naaa it was a lie too please don’t go to this dealer by a car everything they say it’s lie now I have to tow my car back to them look at the oil leak my kids was in the car too I’m a single dad why would u do ur customers like this good thing I’m a ase Certified mechanic If any one go there don’t no about cars they gonna rip them out

Customer bought a sports car, so he started to drifting the car more then he is supposed to be, we dont know how he treated the car but what ever he did , he damaged the vehicle. Also we do have the proofs that we still helped him out and fixed his all issues on the car,which it wasnt even more then $150 dollars, we fixed it and he never paid us for the damages he did to car, and customer asked us to give him $150 dollars to keep him happy, we also wrote him a check for $150 just to keep him happy even though he damaged his own car. So this review is not real at all.. we also have the text msgs that he thanks us bunch.

2014 Lexus IS 250 (Black)

Went to buy a black Lexus IS 250 from DDM Cars (Owner Steve and Salesman Arnold) and I had my own financing. I signed the paperwork and they did not want me to take the vehicle until they got the check from my bank, mind you that they have already talked to my bank on the phone and they exchanged paperwork on the vehicle through email, so it was a legit deal. They told me the car would be taken off the market. Here it is a week later and not only have I not heard from them, but the car has not been taken off the market as I was told it would be, and they have jacked the price up from the original price of $19,995 to $21,995. I do not recommend doing business with people that are not trustworthy, and needless to say DDM Cars does not believe in doing what they say they will do.

Customer wanted us to release the car before we even get funded, customers credit union was out of state, and legally we can not release the car with pre approval notice, we do not actual DRAFT letter or Check from credit union. It is correct that we talked to credit union, and lady we spoke, she said it is your choice to release it or not until you get your check. We did not trust the customer to release the car, and told him, it is your car but we have to get funded so we can release the 21 thousand dollars car.I am sorry but which ever dealer you go , you will be face with the something, non of the dealers will release the car until they get the draft letter or check. We are not allow to give you the vehicle with out any proof of payment or draft. Has nothing to do with DDM CARS, customer was way too proud bout his credit but we do go by payment or draft letter. Even if you have 850 credit score ,it does not mean anything to Dealer since we dont have the funds,unless you finance with one of our banks.Have a great day.

Smaller lot but a nice selection of vehicles to choose from. Owner/operator very helpful, most straightforward car salesman I've ever encountered! I appreciated their casual atmosphere and prompt attention when I needed it. Definitely recommend.
