Issue was resolved and I am pleased with the courtesy and professionalism exhibited. I would recommend this dealership and retract earlier negative review.

Don't You Hate it When Dealers Mark up Prices?

They jack their prices up with mandatory add-ons that come out to an additional $2500 per car so the price you see is definitely not what you get. Waste of time.

Customer service was good, but the way they mark-up is extremely shady. I looked at an HR-V today and the sticker on the car says $28k (rounding up) well after the mark-ups it came to $38k (rounding down this time). No thanks. Beware of the mark-ups here. Looks like a private buy is what I’ll get, no need to bury ourselves in these troubled economic times. Greedy dealerships!

very pleasant experience. i only own hondas and i always bring them here for service. juan serrano is very professional. no pressure and no scare tactics to sell other services besides the ones that you need.
