My wife and I went to Davis on more than one occasion and met Asanti Chester. He was very helpful and professional and tried extremely hard to meet are wants and needs. He is a real asset to the dealership.

Just a follow up. I spoke to the owner today regarding the sales department's ignorance and lack or courtesy. He was apologetic and in no way should be held accountable for the actions of the dealership's sales staff. I think if I'd desalt with him directly there would have been a better outcome. As it stands, I'll stick with my original rating and warning. Do not take their word for anything.

Extremely disappointing. I made a deal for a car and was ready to drive 5 hours to get it.They sold it to someone else 2 days before they KNEW I was coming.. I have nothing good to say about the people I dealt with. The owner has contacted me and is looking into this fiasco. We'll see. If it can be resolved, I'll change my evaluation. Otherwise, I don't think the dealership employees can be trusted and I would not recommend that anyone do business with them

I made a deal for a used Camaro. Agreed on price, secured the loan, etc. They knew I was coming in 2 days to swap vehicles. They sold the car out from under me. Do NOT deal with this business. IMO they are not trustworthy and deal in bad faith. This is why car salespeople have such a terrible reputation.

Jim aka (Elvis) went above and beyond to verify that the Davis Defense policy I had on my leased vehicle was accepted at another dealer. I had tire issues and was going to have to pay but thanks to Jim, my coverage was verified, and I paid nothing out of pocket

My sales man Kay was great. Very knowledgeable and efficient in his work. I will definitely be sending all referrals to him. Loved the experience !

Have been trying to get in touch with Joe- head of service for 2 weeks with no return call because of issues with my service which have created a huge inconvenience. Not acceptable- poor customer care

My salesperson David was absolutely so helpful in finding me exactly what I was looking for at such a good price. He was so patient with me which I’m extremely grateful for since it was my first vehicle purchase! Bernadette was also the best financial advisor guiding me to what would benefit me best with my first purchase. Im just overall very satisfied with the staff and how well taken care of I felt.

Horrible experience!! Set up to buy a car, all paperwork completed, but when I arrived to pick it up they switched the original rims and tires (factory alloy rims with almost new tires) to steel rims with cheap chrome wheel covers and tires that were nearly bald!! When asked about this and what they would do to make it right all I got for an answer was "I don't know what happened" and all sorts of other fairy tales plus they would do nothing about correcting the situation to make things right.....so I walked out. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP AS THEY PRACTICE THE BAIT AND SWITCH PLAY!!!
