DARCARS Orange Park Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram
Hours of Operation
Cars on the lot
Warranty work - recall update. After waiting for hours, which should have been a half hour, finally got my car. On the way home, car ran rough and quit running a few times. I decided to find another dealership and have them fix the Orange Park Jeep Dodge problems. I heard the dealership may be closing, I believe the good employees have left. Everybody had a bad attitude, not a nice place. I will not return!
Don't believe their ads in the fla times union
Good sales rep Jimmy but when I selected the vehicle and was told the price management added on $2300. Beware of there their add on. Very shady business practice.
Had a great experience at Orange Park CJDR. They took care of all of my needs and were never pushy. Would recommend them to anyone.
Lack of service
Had an appointment for service and oil change. Upon arrival, attempted to get someone to write the order. Everybody was busy talking or holding up the wall. One woman had a long conversation with a friend and a guy with the cowboy hat was useless. I wasted enough time and left. They should clean up the dump and get a refresher course on customer service. There are other Chrysler dealers.
Best New car purchase ever
I was totally frustrated with the new car buying process at the other dealers and met Mike Luvene who just blew me away in his understanding of what I wanted and truly was in my corner from start to finish. I couldn?t be happier in my choice to purchase a car from Mike and orange park Jeep. I am not a guy to write reviews for people good or bad, but I am so blown away by how smooth everything went that if I could write a 100 for mike I would. Go buy a car from this guy, you wont be disappointed.
My wife had maintenance work on her Dodge. What a disappointment, the dealership found things to repair and went to pick up her car, had a surprise on the charges. I know the dealership is in financial trouble, but you lost a customer.
service department is the worst!!!
My girlfriend took her car to the dealership for repairs. The car ran worse after the alleged repairs. This is the second and last time for this so-called service department. I begged my girlfriend to buy a honda or any foreign car. we will be looking for a honda. Never step foot in this place again!!!!!
Had my vehicle for 2 weeks for an AC repair. Finally got the AC repair done. Was told when I picked up my vehicle by the way the battery is low. Had my vehicle for two weeks and never notified me that my battery was low. The next day the car goes Haywire with wiper blades wiping, horn honking, lights flashing, and washer fluid spraying everywhere. Tow it back to the dealership at my expense and get told it's a low battery. Replace the battery, get my car back, 2 Days Later the same thing happens again with all the lights in the horn honking, and the wiper blades going crazy and then get told that it is the tipm. Replace the tipm pick up my vehicle and now I have a gate message on my display and my interior lights wont shut off. So I called the dealership and they tell me just unhook the fuse. Really. what started out as an air conditioning repair has now turned into an electronic Fiasco.
Only thing worse than the shoddy work are the rude personel.
On Sept. 1 this year, I took my Ram 2500 in for a recall repair and oil change 7:30 appointment. Service writer was not interested in taking my oil change coupon but did regale me of his Louisiana rearing (who cares, right?) and of course the cashier refused to take the coupon as well. On the way home, I noticed that they had used regular oil instead of the synthetic I always use and was clearly marked on the window sticker from the last oil change. I called the dealership and spoke to Crystal(?) who promised me a free oil change because of their refusal to take my coupon and the wrong oil type. After submitting a less than stellar review survey, a week later I had a phone message from 'Priscilla' who stated quite tersely that she wanted to make amends for the bad review but any compensatory offerings were off the table if I didn't call her back THAT DAY! I called Priscilla back and was told, yes, we'll do the free oil change for you IF you give us a '10' score on a follow-up survey. Talk about some stones! They're going to hold a measly free oil change for ransom in lieu of a good survey? ...and they put the wrong oil in to begin with? Yes, the oil they put in will not hurt the truck but it wasn't what I wanted and I should get what I pay for 'cause I'm the customer. ...And so should YOU! There's plenty of good dealerships out there to take care of customers like you and me who don't have to take crap from this "business" and it's overbearing employees.
Will never step foot in this establishment again
We tried to negotiate a deal for a used truck and they would not deal at all. Then we find out someone at the dealership is online trying to sell the truck via auction. So this dealership would rather sell the vehicle via auction than sell to a local costumer. All over a few hundred dollars. The experience today was aweful. Then I tried to call and complain, and was assured someone would call me back. Two times- no returned calls. I will call the general manager on Monday! So, so disappointed.
Hi Kim - Thank you for sharing your experience with us. If you could please email me at kholmes@DARCARS.com so I can look into this. Thank you!
