Repair on 2017 dodge ram
Went to get a repair, paid for the repairs and was charged $70.00 to throw away a fuse. After 539.00 to find out that's all it was. Rip/offs . Including manager, Russ. He allowed Shaneka to rip me off
Very poor place to do business!
Took my truck in because I was having issue with my radio. After scheduling an appoint over the phone. I showed up for my appointment to find out that the appointment was never made. I also found out that there was a few recalls on my vehicle. So after three and half weeks at the dealership I come to pick my truck up and they could not find my truck. After the guy came back for a description of my truck he located my truck. The battery was completely dead and they had to jump it. Now that battery was not even 6 month old. So after they brought me my truck the guy who brought it said the mechanic said it was a bad battery. So I asked the rep why my battery was dead because it is a fairly new battery and I told him what his mechanic said and he told me that the mechanic was his best mechanic. So I gave the dealership the benefit of the doubt and left the dealership and went straight to advanced auto where I purchased the battery from and they hooked up the battery meter and said nothing was wrong with the battery and that the dealerships in general do this all the time "Run you battery dead". So then I go into my back seat for something and look up and there best mechanic did not even bother to reattach the seat belt and put the trim back in place. I purchased my truck from this dealership 4 years ago and will no longer give this dealership my business. Very poor service for a dealership. And my radio still does not work. service rep said new one will be at the dealership in 5 day and now it is going on three and half weeks and have not heard from them.

New 2019 Jeep Rubicon Purchase

A good service center

This is our 2nd purchase from this Dealership. Also 2nd purchase from the same Salesman. Very happy with our 2019 Ram. The only thing that was not 100% good was it took almost 4 hours to get out the door. And we were the first deal of the day??

We are from Michigan and totaled our truck in Georgia We were stranded in a campground in Folkston with nothing to pull our 5th wheel trailer with. Found a the truck we wanted on line at Orange Park Dodge. Called and set up appointment with Gene Myers. We took the Ram 2500 for a test drive. Gene, knowing our situation, held the truck, with a deposit, til we got word from my insurance the last day of December. We picked it up on the 2nf of January. Gene was outstanding and explained every aspect of the truck real well. Frank went through all paperwork and financing with us. Again outstanding job. Even with my wife spilling coffee on some of the papers. He didn't miss a lick.

Only go there if you have money to burn. Their word is not their bond, the customer is not always right just a source of capital. Promises are made to be broken.
