Really great service- three times and counting
I have owned Dodge vehicles for over 15 years. Most dealerships are bland. I recently moved to Oakleaf and Orange Park Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is now the closest dealership for service. My first experience was to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I felt like the only customer there being provided excellent timely service with expectations clearly laid out and met. One of the things that I liked the most was the gentleman told me about a special that saved me money. They saved me money! The next time I have to go in was for actual service to my vehicle and I did not have the same service man. To my delight this person was equally friendly equally efficient and services my vehicle right the first time. I wanted to mention that I had already been to two other dealerships about the same problem and they had notIdentified or fixed my problem. I have since gone back to the Steeler ship a third time and remain very pleased. They are doing something right and have earned my business and my families. Thank you

I visited a half dozen dealerships. This was the only one that was straight forward and not pushy. Fred the sales guy made it so easy I went home in a new truck even though I only had planned to test drive. The process was quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend the dealership.

Check engine light came on with only 5,000 miles. Service department was friendly and drove me back to my while house getting service and picked me up when done.

Recalls and radio
My issue is the amount of time I sat waiting for 2 minor recalls and a radio that went bad in two years (that's another issue). I made an appointment for 730 am. I was there early only to so in line for over 30 minutes to get checked in and the another 2 plus hours waiting, this in addition to making multiple calls over a period of a couple weeks to just talk to someone and make an appointment. Not happy but I have an appointment next Thursday to get new radio installed so we will see how long that takes

Poor customer service and lack of care to make it right
I purchased a new 2017 Jeep Patriot and with less than 35,000 the oil pan gasket busted and the ac went out. They covered the oil pan gasket, but said that the ac was out due to an "outside influence" hitting my AC condenser. They wrote that a "pebble" caused the damage. I have spoken with a few people and no one seems to care to hear me out. I should be able to drive my car, on a road, since that is why cars are made. Apparently, a pebble can cause the ac condenser to break, thus causing my ac to go out. Then they want to say that they wont help or cover any of it and want to charge me over $1,000. They suggested I file a claim through my insurance. This was the first time I have purchased a new car and I am highly disappointed. I have not wrecked my car and I do not drive down dirt and gravel roads. If this is from normal driving conditions, something should be done, especially when the car is supposed to be covered under warranty. If customer service was even a thing these days, that would be a dream come true.
