Horrible experience trying to buy a used Ram truck. I ended up driving over an hour each way only to find things not as represented. Even a feature I specifically asked them to check for me wasn’t there. Then I got the bait and switch crap... I should have heeded the red flags of poor communication and hard pressure sales tactics prior to making the trip. Bottom line is this is the kind of place that gives car dealers a bad name. My advice is to stay far away.

Service and Parts Department are on the decline.
Need to get Clyde Stevens back for positive and efficient customer service. Parts andcService department employees are not fully trained. Both on the decline the last year.

awesome shopping experience
Called in the morning looking for a Jeep Gladiator. got to dealership at 10:30 and by 2:00 pm I was driving out with my new truck. Gary Andrews is an amazing CSR. A true professional and my recommendation is the highest for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. My appraisal was fast and fair. Also David the finance mgr was incredibly professional as well. went looking for a good deal and I got a great deal.

Work was not done
Repair was not done on the car. I have pictures of the old part and that part is still on the car. Manager said by the paperwork parts was changed. I know people lie on paper. If you did not see a person do something you can't say they did a job.

Happy to have new truck
The salesman Terry who worked really hard to get me into the vehicle that I wish 10 desired was awesome experience overall rating of 5 stars do to the competence of each of the members of the sales department. Came looking to get into a used truck but now I drive a brand new 2019 Dodge Ram 1500. I do believe that people should take their time to share their good experiences as well as their negative experiences most people want to share their experience when they feel an injustice has been done to them. I read the reviews of the dealership. And I'm happy to say that none of those experiences applied to my experience there over all I had a really good experience there thank you to Terry and all of his colleagues for getting me into an awesome truck

Best experience ever
Went to just look test drove a couple of Trucks. Nick accommodated us like it was no problem no pressure ended up getting an awesome deal and drove away with a new truck sales staff and finance super people.

Would not honor internet price on stock number 968171. Jeep is listed for 46,131 when I called to set up a test drive I was informed that they would not honor the internet price and it was well over 50k for the jeep.
