Unresponsive to timely request
Despite promises to improve their customer service, I am dismayed by the service that I have received from this dealership. I upgraded my vehicle, and the dealership has yet to process the payoff on my old vehicle or even respond to my repeated requests for an update to this request. Lexus Financial is now chasing me for payment on the old vehicle even though I don't have it anymore.

I had my car at my local mechanic and he couldn’t
I had my car at my local mechanic and he couldn’t diagnose why my check engine lihjt kept coming on. One visit with Dan and technician and they were able to fix once amd for all.

If you’re looking for a beautiful pre owned Lexus, save yourself a bunch of trips and go see James A at Darcars Lexus of Englewood. One of the most professional sales person I ever dealt with. I had four bad experiences before I came here. The dealership was beautiful. The cars even more beautiful. The buying experience was quick and easy. Great selection of cars to choose from too. James was so nice throughout the whole experience, I thought to myself “he’ll give me a tip when I leave”. While he didn’t give me a tip for buying with him, he did give me a nice gift for buying my first Lexus from him. James is a real stand up guy. I would go back to buy from him in a heart beat. Save yourself a bunch of bad trips and go see James today at Darcars of Englewood. You won’t regret it.

I came in on 2/12/2022 and this was done to me also.
I came in on 2/12/2022 and this was done to me also. Luckily I was able to catch this before signing any paperwork but I had to talk to 4 others before it was removed. This practice is so UNETHICAL and really re-enforces the comments that Car Dealerships are scammers. Was at the dealership from 9:30 AM till 3 PM to purchase a car and most of the time was spent reviewing pricing that was added on AFTER I agreed to the price. Sales man, Finance Manager, Sales Manager, all lied to me and began adding fees. I did end up purchasing the vehicle after these charges were removed, which was only done AFTER I decided not to purchase the vehicle. The Sales Manager stated explicitly in front of all indivduals in the office that it was common in "this market" to add 8-10K to the price of the vehicle and I should be considered lucky since it was only $2000. THIS IS UNETHICAL since the upcharge was not presented in the 4 hours that I spent prior to signing and agreeing to a price. Now after 2 months of owning the car it seems the dealership is holding my license plate hostage because of my bad reviews. Now I am driving with expired temp tags and the dealership is not helping in any way.

I give them one star for replying to an internet inquiry.
I give them one star for replying to an internet inquiry. They advertised a certified, pre-owned car at one price, and the fine print stated the price did not include taxes, registration and tag fees, a $799 fee for documents or a 2% commission. When I inquired about the car, they increased the internet price. I then asked to confirm the price, with taxes and the fees listed on their website. They jacked up the price by tacking on $2800 for certifying the car, another $2800 for dealer prep. This was blatantly in conflict with their disclosures, which consumer protection laws say should be honored. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere and saved over $7K, for what turned out to be a better car.
As you can imagine, this is very worrying to hear. While we understand you're upset, we would appreciate the opportunity to better understand what happened here and do what we can to make it right. Worst dealer ever, she did not help me at all with any of
Worst dealer ever, she did not help me at all with any of my issues. I have full insurance coverage for my tires and one of my tires was constantly losing air. I asked her kindly to please replace it but this Kristina character kept on finding excuses and blaming it on the weather. I told her that is out of the case and that I have to put air in my tire every week because the my onboard system shows me only that Tire is constantly losing air. She refused to help and denied me to speak to a mechanic about this issue. I was so frustrated because of her disrespectful and mean behavior that I left right away and booked an appointment at Manhattan the next day. They changed my tire without hesitance and the slightest objection. I am never going back to Little Falls Dealership because of this inept and disreputable person.
