Positive experience
Reserved new Highlander on line. I did have a trade in but mentioned I might sell my veh on my own. Then I was told that the MSRP on the Highlander would be 3k more without a trade in. Sure, I probably could have sold my car for more but if the price of the Highlander was higher, what would I be saving? To me, it was a wash. I went ahead with the purchase. Process was so easy! I worked with Nathan Siems on the sale. He kept me informed on the production status. The vehicle arrived earlier than expected. Nathan took his time when demonstrating all of the tech features of the veh which I really appreciated. Tammy Meier in financing went above and beyond expections when finding the best rate for us. Customer service at this dealership is a 10! I would definitely recommend.

Thanks once again to Jason and the service gang for a positive experience on my routine maintenance appointment. Great team and very personable. Always able to answer my questions. Also a very nice waiting area complete with beverages & treats. I would highly recommend them to anyone who might be wondering.

I would NOT trust this dealerships sales tactics
I would NOT trust this dealerships sales tactics. Trying to scam me out of $4K. I inquired about a new 2022 4Runner on their website. They gave me a price for trade-in and 4Runner price of MSRP window sticker which is also the listed price on cars.com and their website. When I said I would not do a trade-in based on their low ball offer they said the vehicle price would be $4000 more than MSRP window sticker with no trade-in. They also said it's above MSRP because I'm not local. I live in MN and dealer is in Iowa.
Thank you for your review. Unfortunately the market on new vehicles is well over MSRP. Even preowned vehicles are selling for over original MSRP. With inventory shortages we do not have enough vehicles to service our local customers. Some dealerships won’t even offer the opportunity to out of town customers to purchase their vehicles. This is probably why you are contacting us from a state away. You will find this is not uncommon given the supply chain climate in today’s auto industry.
