I want to thank Hector Alicia for the excellent job he did in keeping me informed concerning my 2021 Dodge Challenger SCAT Pack. My vehicle had a recall to reseal the front window glass. Hector was very professional and courteous as he always is. I have been coming to Dallas Dodge for about 15 years now, and due to the great maintenance of Dallas Dodge, my 2008 Dodge Nitro is still running well. They removed a part from my car and tossed it on the floorboard. It took them 2 weeks to "get the part" that they told us they would have 3 days later, "coming from another dealership". My service advisor told me in the morning- on the day they were supposed to be DONE (2 days after drop off) with my vehicle- they couldn't START the job without the part they'd left in my car (we'd taken it out to avoid damaging it and forgot to put it back into the car), then called my husband in the afternoon- after we called a manager- to tell him they were done except for that part and installing it should take about 20 min. We called the service advisor when we were on our way. She then "left for lunch" in the space of 20 minutes between call and arrival. "20 minute install" ACTUALLY meant 3 hour wait. I should point out that they'd already had the car for TWO DAYS, and then, instead of sending a parts driver for the part, they decided they wanted to send a Lyft to get me, have me bring the part, take me home and then send another Lyft when it was "done". I don't know anyone that can afford to take 2 extra hours out of the middle of their day (nor a boss that will allow them to), to fix someone else's mistake. When we took it in (3 weeks ago) to get diagnosed, we asked for an oil change. It didn't get done. When we took it back in for the repair, they'd again "forgotten" to do the oil change which added to the "20 minute install". When we asked for our paperwork for anything done at the dealership, they gave us a detailed report of what was done yesterday. This is the 3rd time this vehicle has been in to fix a minor issue, twice to this dealership. It's more an annoyance than a problem, but it's a warranty issue. I'm glad I live in a metro large enough to give me an option for another service center. Even if I didn't, I'd find another one.

Scheduled oil change and radiator flush. Upon arival i expresses concerns with environmental air system. Which Alex took to a technician. It was prompt and quick even got a lyft ride to eat. After which i returned to pick up my vehicle. Enjoyed the repair!

Made an appointment for a passenger side airbag recall. Dropped car off early got a call 15 mins after I had left saying that they didn't have the part and no eta on when they would have it. I made an appointment to avoid this happening, service manager apologized and said he would call me as soon as they had the part. On top of all that they misplaced my key had to wait another 5-10 mins for them to find it. My advice...when making an appointment have them check to be sure they have the parts needed to complete the job.

Overall experience 2.0 Does not recommend this dealer.
