I have gotten to several different car dealerships and where everybody try’s to fight who gets to sale something to some suckers, but at Dallas autos direct they treated me and my family very welcoming. Bought out suburban since it’s 5 of us and loving it!

I really don’t understand the bad ratings

I really don’t understand the bad ratings. I called to see if they did finance the car that I wanted and the answered all my questions. Then when I went to go look at the car the gave me all the information. The process was easy and fast, I didn’t really stay long with the paperwork.

We sell vehicle over the phone, online, and to walk-in customers, and customers always show high interest in the vehicle they inquire about but don't always finalize the purchase, for which reason we don't hold vehicles from being sold unless a deposit is left.
