What a great place to purchase a car! Me and my wife went to their dealership to look for a new car for my wife. Cesar came out and helped us go through the inventory and picked out the perfect Mercedes for her. It was very clean and drives awesome. He did all the financing for us and presented different options for service contracts. After we finished all the paperwork, the owner Arman stopped by and congratulated us and thanked us for purchasing with them. Overall great experience, super nice and clean cars, and the best staff anywhere! We will be back soon to get our son's first car! Thank you Cesar and Arman!!!!

Do not buy car from this place.

Do not buy car from this place. I bought a Audi R8 for 110k in 2018 and they gave me a car fax that didn't had the damage but now when I was trying to sell this car to a different dealer in 2022 the dealer pulled the car fax and it shows damage that was in 2016. They basically scammed me and now my car lost value because of this. I called the place to mitigate this issue and the manager of the dealer got mad and started yelling at me as I asked for a refund of the difference in value. These are expensive cars and getting scammed like this proves that you cannot trust these dealers. Buy at your own risk !

BUYER BEWARE!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE DALLAS. The cars here look gorgeous, and they have a nice looking selection. I drove to Dallas from San Antonio after seeing multiple Range Rovers in San Antonio and Austin. The salesmen are friendly, but aren't going to disclose any problems EVEN WHEN ASKED SPECIFICALLY. I was promised by the salesman, Cesar Valdez, that there was nothing wrong with the 2008 Range Rover I purchased, other than the tire monitoring system fault light. I asked specifically about brakes, mechanics, the CD and DVD players, and specifically, "Is there anything I need to know about this car?" I also asked, "Why is this car listed so much over the KBB?" He said, and I quote, "Because this car is in such good condition, you won't find another used one like this. It's because it's in such excellent condition." Apparently, the owner's wife drove it, and the owner is a Mercedes Benz Master Mechanic who, I was told, "worked on it personally." I was told that they "have no way of recording the maintenance work they do to cars on Carfax", so I asked for a list of all the work the owner has done to it and approximate dates. I asked repeatedly while there and afterwards via email. I never received the list. I did look at a lot of Range Rovers before choosing this one, and it seemed like it was in great condition. I was reassured many times during my visit, even with the salesman, Cesar Valdez, apparently going back and forth to speak with the dealership owner about my questions. Each time he came back he had a positive answer, such as "The owner says the DVD and CD player definitely work, don't worry about it, because his wife and kids used it." And, "The owner says he recently changed the brakes. The back ones are almost new and the front ones are at 80% and good for a while." And, "The owner says there are no issues with the car at all other than the tire monitoring system fault and he tried fixing that but the light just keeps coming on, but there is nothing to worry about because it's just the sensor." Based on all this, and the fact that I only had a couple hours, I went ahead with the owner's reassurances that all was great and I did proceed to buy this vehicle. Within 2 days of delivery to San Antonio, and since I STILL had not received the promised list of all the maintenance they did to it, so I took it to a Land Rover mechanic with a 5-star rating in San Antonio for an oil change to get my ownership started on the right foot. Within 10 minutes they came back and told me there are some problems that need to be addressed. They told me the following, all backed up with photographic evidence: * The rear differential is leaking and because Dallas Auto Center sprayed this car with so much oil and sheen they need to clean it all off and have me drive it for a weekend before they can tell if it is the motor ($900+ to fix) or the seal ($350+ to fix). * The front brakes and rotors are badly worn and I won't get more than 2,000 miles on them (Dallas Auto Center told me they were at 80%!) In fact, the front left rotor has deep grooves in it and are grinding. This is a $1,200+ repair item. * The belt is cracking in multiple places, including deep cracks. They said that this should have been replaced a while ago! $550+ repair item. * The left front CV boot is not only cracked but it is entirely separated ($500+ repair item) * The CD player has an internal mechanical problem and needs a replacement ($1000+ for new/$500+ for used.) I contacted Cesar Valdez about it. He requested photos. I sent photos taken by me at the mechanic in San Antonio. I also sent the repair quote. I was contacted by "Red" and told that's what I get with a used car! And, he said, they won't fix anything and don't have to disclose anything! BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE DALLAS. If you are thinking of buying a car here, you must read this in full and go beyond the glossy sheen of the inventory. A used car dealer is a used car dealer and it doesn't matter if they sell used Ford's or used Ferrari's...buyer beware. I have been looking for this car for months. Dallas Auto Center was easy to find, runs a very clean facility just chock full of great cars. Staff (shout out to Cesar and Red) made every effort to get me the best deal on my car. The entire process was refreshingly easy and quick. I have no regrets about driving over 100 miles to work with these folks. Paul from Wichita Falls

I have bought way to many cars in my life time but I have to say Cesar and the folks at Dallas Auto Center were some of the best I have ever dealt with. Before I drove in from an hour a way Cesar face timed me as he walked around the entire car. He was so professional. I met one of the owners as I was leaving and it was very obvious to me these guys have it figured out! I will be back.
