Which is true & I will get my dream car next year. I'm happy with the new car, the kids love it too.I just need to get use to driving this big vehicle.

Service appointment
To start off I brought my car in on 4/12/22 because my check engine light was on, I was told that they would have to keep my car until 4/13/22 to replace my PCV Valve which I thought was a simple job and not a day & a half worth of work but whatever. I was never offered a rental car since they do not have loaner cars anymore which I should have because my car is still under all warranties and I had to spend $80 on Ubers to get to work, there, home and back there. On 4/13 I came to pick my car up around 8pm when I got off work and when I went to start my car it wouldn't start it was making a loud noise, the check engine light was still on and the car cut off. I tried it 2x before I went back to the cashier to tell her what was going on since the service department was gone. She said there was nothing that she could do to help me so she told me to ask the sales manager that was on duty at the time. I explained the situation to him and he said there was nothing he could do because that's not his department. Everyone was acting oblivious to what was going on and wasn't helpful at all they didn't show any concern. So I ubered home unnecessarily and left my keys in the drop box. On 4/14 my service advisor Adam called me at 7:30AM asking what was going on because my keys are still there and I explained to him what happened and that I recorded a video as well for proof and also that I wasn't even offered a rental car I'm spending unnecessary money and I'm pissed. He said he would get my car back into service to see what was going on because it was fine yesterday when they test drove it which I don't believe. So by almost 2pm Adam called me back saying that they didn't find anything wrong and that I could let them keep it overnight to make sure everything is fine but GM wouldn't cover the rental or I could come get it. Of course I opted to go get my car because I had already taken off work that day and I had to work the next day, so there's another Uber to go to Chevy. When I got there one of the cashiers told me my keys wasn't at the window and she would go get them from my advisor. I sat there for 10 mins before another cashier asked me if I needed anything because the cashier that was supposed to went and got my keys had went on lunch. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! I went and found Adam I asked what was I getting for my inconvenience? Maybe a free oil change? But of course they don't offer or want to give you anything free. But he did offer to walk to my car with me free of charge and he started it up and it was fine because of course they went back and fixed whatever they messed up that's why it took so long for him to call me back to pick the car up. Oh he did say when I come back to Currie to ask for him and he'll help me out. I've had 2 terrible experiences with this Chevy this being the second and I WILL NOT BE RETURNING AS A CUSTOMER I ONLY GO HERE BECAUSE IT'S CLOSE TO HOME!! THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL, ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY!! THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT EVEN WHEN THEY'RE WRONG IS THE NUMBER #1 RULE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WASN'T WRONG AT ALL THE CEM IS NO HELP AT ALL AS WELL JUST THERE!!!
