Very horrible place they took my money ,car.I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone. They neglected to send bank info which caused my loan to be rejected the bank sent my payments to the dealership.Dealership refuses to give me my money or car.Gave me the run around for days before even telling me anything.the worse car experience ever in life

I am very pleased with my salesman Markis Townsend. He was very patient and I like that he wasn't pushy like most salesman that I have dealt with in the past. He listened to what I wanted and did everything he could to find me something I would like. When I received my car and seen it wasn't up to my expectation of cleanliness, he made sure it was made right. The finance manager also was very friendly and made things right when I didn't receive my tag papers in the mail in a timely fashion. Thank you Markis and hope you sale many more cars.

My first impression of the service department is outstanding. Tyler was eager to help and very informative. Best customer service I have received in a while. Nice to see someone who appears to enjoy what they do. Thank you for a wonderful first experience with your service department.

Great experience with Markis Townsend our Salesman. He was personable, quick and up front. We were in and out in less than an hour after deciding on the purchase of our new truck. Definitely recommend checking them out and if Markis is there, we would recommend asking for him.
THEY DONT CARE AFTER THEY GET YOUR MONEY
I Purchased a car from Raven at Coyle Chevy/ GMC on 9-15-20. My husband and I drove from Georgia to Indiana to purchase this car. They were aware of when we were coming and I was in contact with her the whole trip. Upon arrival we had several questions about the car, ( none of which she could answer). The car had not been detailed or even washed before we arrived. ( This was a $50,000 car) once we paid for it and gave them $14,000 cash as a down payment, we then had to wait 4 more hours for them to detail it. They knew we had to drive back to Ga the same night. My dealer tag expired 10-29-20 and by 11-5-20 I still had not received the paper work from Coyle to register it. After 10 phone calls I finally received a call back and the delay was blammed on covid. The next week still no paperwork 6 phone calls later I was told it had finally been mailed. 11-13-20 I finally received paperwork and take it to the tag office the next business day, only to find out that I now have to pay late fees and the paperwork is not correctly filled out by them. 3 days later me or the tag office can get them to return our phone call... ONCE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY DONT EXPECT THEM TO CARE!!!
Car shopping
We visited Coyle while looking for New (to us) SUV’s. I had narrowed things down to a few makes and models and Coyle had a 2020 Nissan Rogue with low mileage I wanted to check out. I contacted them through Cars.com and they immediately contacted me to set up an appointment to come in for a test drive. When we arrived we were greeted by Don, one of the salesmen and he figured out who we had been communicating with through email. Once he was familiar with what we had come to see a couple of minutes later he pulled the Rogue around for us to see. Because of Covid he couldn’t ride with us on the test drive (no offense to him but I actually have preferred this so that I feel free to truly express my thoughts and feelings about the vehicle to my husband while we drive) when we arrived back at the lot I unfortunately had decided that the Rogue wasn’t what I was ultimately looking for and I was able to cross it off my list. Don was very understanding and not at all pushy. He even checked their inventory for the other two models I was interested in to see if they had any on the lot I could see. They didn’t but he made a note of it and promised to let me know if any did make it into their inventory. Overall we had a nice experience at Coyle and if they had had what I wanted we wouldn’t have hesitated to buy from them.
2014 Buick Regal Turbo
My wife took her 2014 Buick Regal to get a diagnostic test done because the engine light came on. We knew it had a misfire but wanted to ensure no other issues. They called to tell us that the diagnostic results showed the misfire, but also said the Turbo had to be replaced. $2479. We of course wanted a second opinion. Took it to Merritts Auto Repair in Georgetown, IN and they hooked it up, found the code for misfire, but nothing suggesting any issues with the Turbo. They even inspected it. After replacing the plugs, a coil boot and a coil it cost $349 and the car is running like it was brand new!! After telling several friends our experience it seemed to be a common response by them all, "I've never heard any good things about that place". After 3 phone calls (with no resolution or being provided the code they said came up for the turbo", my wife went up in person to "discuss" this with the shop. She was able to get her $83 refunded for the diagnostic check they did; however, I would not recommend this place to anyone in search of good, honest service. I do not recommend using these people to service your vehicle.
